Mel Brooks once talked about what a powerful weapon laughter is. He said people asked him "How can you, a Jew, make light of something as horrible as the Nazis?" He replied that he could do far more damage to what Hitler stood for with ridicule than if he stood up and seriously lectured on the horrors of the holocaust.

Oh I know. But I enjoyed the mental image of someone carrying arround a ID card to determines which youths were emo and which weren't. I envisioned it much like a kids in the hall sketch.

Well, then, you are simply an emo wannabe, which is different from the emo posers who just dress emo but actually listen to ska.

So, it is possible for Jesus to be an emo wannabe. He'd be allowed to talk to the emos, offer some salvations, but wouldn't be invited to sit at thier table.

But notice how the mob followed your bad example and parroted your words. This is exactly how mobs start, as non thinking people without consciences are easily swayed into jesting. mockery and then to violence.

But truth goes beneath style and temporal cover-ups. So remove the word evolves from your wording and life, and things will be clearer because it takes conscience effort to have real style and have real depth.... things don;t evolve and our lifes don;t evolve, we choose our paths they are not set in stone or by luck and chance.

There hasn’t been any good religion that as come out of the Middle East, (and for that matter a lot of other places to). Any religion that preaches that a so-called god has only one-way to its so-called heart always has nothing but problems. Also the idea of a so-called god has nothing but problems because people can make it anything they what is to be, have it say anything they what it to say, and back any agenda that they have. We see this now with the president, with him saying that he talks to this so-called god, which is just so ludicrous.

It is immoral to laugh at the pain and suffering of others, and start a mob mentality to crucify people, mock crucifixion and then blame them that are crucified.

Its not just bad taste, but horribly insensitive, selfish and ARROGANT. So you have switched the truth that crucifixion is NOT FUNNY into something to try and offend even more.

Stop attacking people and realise that crucifixion, slandering and name calling are not FUNNY.

Jesus created sex, and yet those created by sex deny the sex giver and maker of the greatest pleasureable event in life and the greatest responsibility in life, taking care of the products of sexual reproduction.
