We have addressed your failed prophecy within your own prophecy thread repeatedly. You have ignored all attempts to get you to acknowledge your failure as a prophet. How can you have the nerve to question the courage of others when you run in fear from honest acknowledgment of your failure as a prophet?

And by the way religion trained church indocrinated person who is an atheist, 2009 when right means 2012 has to be right. It is a given, once the covenant is signed, three and a half years later the Great tribulation starts.

Um I never said I was religion trained or church indoctrinated. I began studying religion at a state university, quite secular (and professors who were religious were of varying faiths and certainly did not impose them).

Just because I payed attention in class and actually studied methods of biblical chritisicm and archaeology does not make me indoctrinated.

The tribulation stuff, certainly anything targeting 2009 is not supported by any serious interpretation of biblical text.

If you want me to explain the evolution of sexual reproduction then I will do that. Or any other questions you might have.

It is clear that you accept other disregarded books that did not make the cut to be bible-worthy, but do you say that some of the stuff in the KJV is not to be taken as truth, in the Christian sense, that is?

So the question is, how do you pick and choose what you wish to believe from the Bible? You really have a thing about Daniel 9 - how do you not know that that was a tub of hogwash, that Daniel was not a babbling boozehound? And you quote Ezekiel a lot, the guy that thought God told him to eat dung cakes - by what criteria are you able to pick and choose what you deem to be correct from the Holy Scriptures?

The best would be to use something like the Biblia Hebraica Stutengartensia or the Equivalent NT.

Though as far as English translations go, the NRSV or RSV is most often used by scholars as the translation is usually the most reliable and it benefits from the study of sources such as the Qumron scrolls and the LXX
 
And what happens to those that haven;t read your specific bible, translation ? What about those that only had maybe one book of prophecy ?

What if they got a poor translation ? What if they are from the third world with a minority language ? Could they hear from the Lord ?

What language did the Lord use, and what language does He now speak ?

Can His words be translated without lose of meaning.

What about the standard Bible before... or for a few centuries.. the Apocrypha

Is it the Word of God ? Are those other Books the Word of God ? Which onmes are and which ones aren't according to you ?

Does the Lord speak through other methods ? Dreams, visions , creation ?

Does the Holy Spirit know all languages or just English ?

Are so called scholars the only ones that understand the Lord ? Does intelligernce or years of study determine truth or can a child lead them ?

Do you base truth on the majority of so called scholars ? And who determines who is a scholar ? Which denomination is true ? Which church system has the right scholars or are all the worldly church systems devoid ?

But if you want the most accurate to what was origionally written I stand by my answer.

I love how you keep accusing me of being brainswashed or somthing, but I am actually going by real factual statements on this.
