As you have been told ad nauseum inmate has been PROVEN guilty and the sourced evidence points to his guilt. Especially the DNA test results. Evidence item E-5 (defense called it the mystery hair) that the defense said would prove to be from the murderer! Guess what! it is a 100% DNA match to inmate. He is guilty and will die in prison just as he should.

he is not beating against the wind, he is trying to weasel out of the punishment he so richly deserves...there is nothing he can do because he is GUILTY of the murders (over kill is an understatement or what he did)
