If you scroll through the 5 pages it also contanis items like the 'Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster' and etc. I imagine that something along those lines used to be on the front page?
 
I'm not seeing anything unusual in the "also bought this" list but I found the tags associated with the product very amusing.

Awww it changed... It was a bottle of Astroglide.
