Observer of Phenomena, Pronouns: he/him
I've got a book about crop circles that does this. I can't remember its title or its author. Basically it traces the history of crop circles and crop circle enthusiasts, covers multiple theories of their origins, and finally in the very last chapter it says that they're all a hoax, introduces the two characters that started the trend, and explained how there's multiple groups all over the world making them. It was actually a really good book and very interesting. So the style of doing the "reveal" at the end can work, if it's done well.I wouldn't call it a skeptical show, because they get to the debunking (which takes about 5% of viewing time anyway) right at the end, after all of this mysterious BS at the start in order to get viewers.
