Is "American" Sincere?

Is this (yet another) reference to your homophobia?
No, not at all. I am not afraid of you.

Also, I can't help but notice that you are defending American - so either you are his boyfriend, or his sock puppet, but either way, it involves one of you sticking something up the other one's ass.

I have a bit of that as well. But only a bit. Assuming the act is between two b-u-t-full women, It only scares me on a performance level (1 divided by 2 is 1/2).
Your total fear of all women except for your mother was the leading factor in your gayness.

Yes, American is funny...the bastard.

Personally, I think he's just practising for a career as radio shock jock.

I find him pretty hilarious. Just imagine everything he says being said with a sarcastic tone and an eye roll.

I mean, just take his thread about living in a mansion, but he needed to buy a space heater to keep his, i dunno, maid or something warm. It's just over the top.

Trollish, yes, in a sense, cause he never winks when people get outraged and start pounding on him, but it's pretty funny how he stays in character...
I'm inclined to agree. I often enjoy American's posts. He's not in the Betty Bowers league yet, but many of his posts seem to me to have that same kind of humor.

American's sense of humor reminds me a lot of Cain's, whose posts I also enjoy. As a strong believer in usernameology -- the science of understanding people by analyzing their usernames -- I have come to suspect that people whose usernames' end with an arrangement of the letters I C A N share a certain distinctive sense of humor.

Y'see, the thing is at first I thought American was doing this archly ironic right-wing stereotype (I mean, the name's a bit too self-conscious for a start), but then I read some of his comments about women, rape and abortion, and rapidly came to the conclusion that his actual position is irrelevant, he's still a ****. Now admittedly, the great Bill Hicks started off doing some obnoxiously sexist comedy, but American's not (and never will be) in that league. Cain, of course, is a comedy god.

In my opinion, no.

I believe Jedi Knight = Ghengis Pawn = American.

One troll, many names.

no way. JK and American are totally different personalities. You can't take the military out of JK, it was and is his whole life, even if it appeared to me that they kicked him out due to mental instabilitity. I guess it was either kick him out or make him a general.
