I've calculated that 100% of people who claim to calculate that 98% of people are at animal level have no idea what they are talking about, and may indeed be lacking a cerebral cortex.

I can even quote myself saying this, which would prove that it's true! Though I am lacking a website quoting myself with no other evidence.
