I mean, I was an editor, didn't publish, and nobody figured that was suspicious. I just had better things to do in the second two years of law school than write a fifty page completely sourced screed on "The Third Amendment... And You!!!!" or whatever.

I find it suspicious that he didn't publish... I think the rest of the (obviously white) editorial board was trying to keep him down so that a brainless Nazi on a semi-obscure message board could call him out as a fraud...
