I agree with Caprilles: he admitted to election fraud. His only way out is to claim he was lying in order to scare opponents or something. Try to do that in a democratic country, and you'll be impeached by sundown.

No country processes his own Presidents, save for rare cases.
The US did not process Bush for spending $4 trillions and 5500 human lives in Iraq
Japan did not process the Emperor to bring the country into WWII
Italy did not impeach Berlusconi for the Bunga Bunga

All the above are possible worse than what Maduro did.

I've exited this thread for quite some time. I see that it took little or no time for the conversation to develop an anti-leftist flare. The funny thing is, most anti-leftist seem not to see, or hope not to see, how oppressive the right-wing régime was in Venezuela. Most anti-left movements in South American history tend to be more repressive than the leftist movements that they try to replace.

This leaves the regular people with two choices: it sucks, and it really sucks. How nice, to have a choice.
