Practicaly speaking, I'd think grafting an extra head onto a complete donor's body ought to work. Just leave the donor's brain to run the shared body. In fact, how about leaving the whole upper torso? Think Siamese twins? one set of internal organs, one set of legs, two brains. You would want a larger person for the body, one with extra capacities.
