Well obviously. But even in the homoeopathic literature, you never see any preparation with any kind of negative side effect.
Or warnings to avoid certain combinations of remedies.

This is exactly NOT what your definition said!
"a drug capable of producing morbid symptoms in a healthy person will cure similar symptoms occurring"
Ths Law of Similars says that the DRUG that produces the symptoms will cure them (when successed)
I agree with Red Baron Farms.
You can discuss homeopathy's concepts or rules or philosophies, but you most assured cannot talk about homeopathy's principles.
You really can't parody it. It's just that stupid.
Maybe it's ignorance on my part... but I find this phrase to be very humorous.homoeopathic literature
It has been described (by forum member Geni, I think) as "a system of excuses masquerading as medicine".

I've just spent a considerable amount of time searching for the definition of a homeopathic succession -- without much success (so far) and, as best I can tell, Hahnemann just shook/tapped his medicine bottles and called this succession. It is a very, very dangerous thing to do to excess.
A complete copy of the 5th edition of The Organon of the Healing Art is on-line here: http://www.homeopathyhome.com/reference/organon/organon.html
Those who claim to be pure Hahnemannists have much to answer for.![]()
When I did a demonstration a few years ago, I was told that in order to properly potentize the solution, I had to shake it 10 times vertically, then bang it 10 times against a leather-bound bible, then shake it 10 times side to side, then bang it another 10 times against a leather-bound bible, then shake it 10 times back and forth, then bang it another 10 times against a leather-bound bible.
I think this was actually combining two different methods, but it seemed to work. By which I mean it didn't work at all.
You mean it's not so easy to successfully succuss your solutionsIn a nutshell: It is very important to succuss your solutions, but there is no generally recognised method of doing so.
When is succuss success?
I've read in a number of places, not least Ben Goldacre's Bad Science, the the method Hahnemann proscribed was to build a horsleather, straw stuffed seat cushion, with a wooden back, and that you'd shake the solution ten times, then bang it off the cushion ten times (in a very specified motion, not elaborated), then dilute the solution a hundred times, and repeat the process with the same volume of the new solution as you did with the old. Repeat until you get to the desired level of zero molecules of the original substance you desire.

I drink the urine of famous actors and actresses to become better looking. Of course I dilute it a lot first. I have found that a Sun-powered evaporation and cloud-associated condensation also helps. I am hoping to become awesome looking by 2100.

Unfortunately you are drinking miniscule to nonexistent of my pee too and this cancels out the potential beneficial effects of at least two Hollywood Hunks.![]()
yeah . . .But did you succuss your urine by jumping up and down and then swaying side to side and then doing pelvic thrusts?
♫ and its the pelvic thrust that really drives you insaa-aa-aane. Let's do the Time Warp again. ♪
