A lot of homeopathics are used for the general population for issues like Sleep (Calms Forte') and one I use for Cataract Prevention (Cineraria Maritma) -- otherwise to get into it all the way it's best to go with homeopathic doctor and do all the testing. I considered that but it's very comlicated overall.
And then there is Arnica creams and oils for joint pain which I also use.
I bought a jar of arnica cream for joint pain. It was not costly so maybe worth a shot.
I have no idea what arnica is but it's the 2nd ingredient on the label after carnuba wax.
So supposedly it is just loaded with the stuff.
A bit further down is camphor which is used in many pain creams. It has a noted cooling effect on the skin but this product claims deep penetrating magic medicine.
Now the routine is shower after work, relax and on bad days apply the magic.
Or if I can't find it shower and relax. Sometimes with a cold adult beverage, sometimes not.
Results are the joint pain subsided, but in some eratz testing the cream has the least effect, even if it smells good.
It doesn't affect the time to alleve anything. The Vina Real on the other hand has near immediate effect in reduced time.
And it tastes far better.
I really should look into what arnica is but in my unscientific testing it looks like shiny herbal snake oil. A wine cooler works better and faster.
I really did give it an honest try, I hoped it would help.
Icy Hot has more effective relief by far and no arnica. Just camphor. Hmmm? I could draw a conclusion there.....
Meanwhile if required a naproxeno sódico tablet will set things straight in minutes and hold good for 18 hours . Big Pharma seems to hold the best solution. Magic herbs and whatnot are fun but I need effective.
