It describes her homeopath prescribing an dosing increasing potency by increasing the (imaginary) dilution to 1000C (apparently, that's the meaning of 1M). That's right, you increase the dilution by writing "1M" instead of "200C"! However, when she later used this technique in a separate occasion she did not follow the advice of her "physician" to increase the potency because her child had "a strong healing reaction to the Fluconzole and Flovent paper remedy".
You might find it informative too to follow her link talking about the "strong healing reaction". It basically describes her child getting sick and her interpreting it as a good thing. Basically, if you get better by chance you interpret this as the homeopathic "medicine" working and if you get worse by chance you interpret this as a healing reaction proving that the homeopathic "medicine" is working. It's emblematic of why alt med is perceived to work.
