History not offered in California according to Santorum

Good test tho. If you ignore whether or not candidate=SFB then the results of his babble will indicate whether or not his base=SFB and in what numbers by how many of them buy this stuff.

Yes but it is a case of his actions betraying his (possible) beliefs. Because, depite some of the candidates thinking evolution isn't true, it is an ongoing truism that primates like to fling poo to see how much sticks to a given target.

Santorum said: "I was just reading something last night from the state of California. And that the California universities – I think it’s seven or eight of the California system of universities don’t even teach an American history course. It’s not even available to be taught."

Truthfully, I thought there was only two California university systems - University of California system and California State University system. Maybe he meant seven or eight of California's university don't teach history. But even that would surprise me.

First of we know little dick hasn't. That's a fact. And second, it's a friggin requirement for the UC system. It says so right there on their website. The requirement for American History has its own web page.

University of California system institutions that offer courses in United States History:

Berkeley - Yes
Davis - Yes
Irvine - Yes
Los Angeles - Yes
Merced - Yes
Riverside - Yes
San Diego - Yes
San Francisco - No
Santa Cruz - Yes

University of California San Francisco is a medical school. As such, it does not have general history courses. UCSD does have a course on the History of Health and Social movement in America, and one on the History of American Medicine.

With the exception of UCSF, every campus in the UC system offers multiple courses on US history.

Maybe it would be easier to count the whackjob mailing lists he is not on. I have never heard a half-way serious candidate for POTUS utter so many absurdities in one campaign. He would have to cull a lot of really strange sources to find some of this crap.

20 years ago, I attended a US History class at my alma mater, the University of Texas. Just another reason Texas is awesome! Suck it, California!

p.s. I also took a US History class at UC Santa Barbara the previous year, but that was so long ago it's probably not relevant.

When I got my BSc, I needed three arts options, one of which had to be English Lit, and one of which had to be either Russian or German.
