You linked to an article with a worm squirming to avoid revealing his sources. The proper follow up question is "Well, who are those great sources and JUST WHERE DID THEY GET THEIR INFORMATION?"

Someone(s) in the FBI is running their mouth(s). It's what caused Comey to write his career-ending letter, and it's what feeds Lew Rockwell and Bret Baier and the creeps at Breitbart and Drudge.

They're safe though. If Trump gets in then it's back-slaps all round. If Hillary gets in then any attempt to clean house in the FBI will be portrayed as a political hatchet job and will fought all the way in Congress and in the press. IMO Hillary couldn't afford to expend valuable and rare political capital in that way.

Won't really matter as the Republicans seem to have decided that the whole 'democracy' thing is overrated and are vowing to block her at every turn, oh and impeach her, despite the current absence of any grounds to do so.

My bet is that some heads will roll still, but probably quietly. . People will be transfered to dead end jobs in the middle of nowhere. Somebody working the DC or NY office will find that they are being transferred to Kodiak Alaska, Ennis Montana or Bismarck North Dakota. They have their ways.

I am not sure what pattern of dots is being talked about but here is my two bits.

I take it you know the tests for color blindness. A picture of a whole lot of colored dots. Some of can see the faint pattern, and agree on the interpretation. Some of us cannot.

Likewise, some of us are blind to a pattern of behavior that give rise to a conclusion. Like Hillary and her motives and character.

She won't have to. The press will turn on the FBI like wild dogs. They have all been used and they know it, Fox News included.

You posted this because you're ignorant of the fact we live in a representative republic? Which means if hillary gets in we'll have four more years of gridlock.

The thing would be done quietly. The comment wasn't being said quietly.
That anyone could read that sentence and be confused as to what the quietly modified is frightening. No one is that stupid unless they do so on purpose.

It's really not that bad up here. There's not that much to do, but it's not THAT bad.

I don't know why you would think quietly is corrupt. It's not.

I don't think Hillary is corrupt. I do think she is political and practical.

My guess is that Obama pressures Comey to perform an internal investigation as to who the bad apples in the Bureau caused this mess and he fires people and reorganizes. This way Hillary is not involved. What I'm wondering is if Comey survives.

You're happy to stand by that? Stand by the Republican party blocking anything and everything, even if it's a policy they agree with? The Republican party seems to have become the party of mindless obstructionism, and it seems it's quite happy to be seen as such.

I have no doubt the socialists think Republican obstruction is mindless, that makes it even more fun. Of course you can't even admit the mindless obstruction Harry Stinkin Reed orchestrates, that would be showing some honesty. ;)
