Hillary Clinton is Done: part 4

It didn't hurt him during the election, why would it destroy him while serving?

Because once you are president people expect a whole different level of behavior . They will tolerate a certain amount of clownishness in a campaign, but if you are elected to the oval office you are expected to stop. I am not sure Donald can pull it off.
Donald also has the problem that no President in US history has faced the problem he has faced that a great many people in his own party have an immense dislike for him,and many would be happy to see him go and let Pence take over .

Very true, Hillary Clinton is pretty much a moderate Democrat.

She was my U.S. senator for about eight years. The first time around I seriously considered not voting for her, voting for the Republican candidate instead. I had read so many negative things about her and I really disliked her. I couldn't really put my finger on why I disliked her so much...I just did.

However as U.S. senator she changed my mind. I thought she was excellent. She's a hard worker, was always there when something happened and was always the voice of reason. Not adding fuel to the fire. And in fact her husband says, Hillary always believes that problems can be solved. That attitude really came across when she was senator. She was also very willing to work with Republicans, she didn't play party politics.

I think she'll make a good president. If elected I think a lot of her detractors -- the ones who are capable of reason -- will be pleasantly surprised. Except there has been so much animosity created I think the Republicans will never support her and will do everything they can to fight her. And the hell with the rest of the country.

My favorite part was when she voted for the Iraq war.

she wuz a grate senator!

Cause everything gets old and tiring. Dynamic is very different. ALL of a sudden, no one has patience.

I'd say I hope you guys are right, but I really hope we never find out.

I know that being in favor of the Iraq war is your favorite part. Your guy was in favor of it, and his VP cosponsored the war resolution, and you love those guys.

And Trumpy supported the Iraq War also...despite his claims to the contrary.

The issue is a wash.

Yep, Trump is TBD's guy. This is a case of all parties being in favor of the war, but TBD is hoping to pretend like only one is bad for it.

Back in 2003 did you support President Bush's military strategy?

At least Hillary Clinton has conceded she was wrong, that she made a mistake. I remember at the time Senator Hillary Clinton saying that our nation had been attacked and we had to unite behind President Bush and give him our support. In some ways I was wishing she was more questioning and in some ways I was proud she was closing ranks behind the President. I was lukewarm about the strategy -- I don't like war too much having seen one first-hand -- but I supported Bush, too. At least for a while.

Kinda like the congirl conceded she was wrong when she ran a cowboy server?

Kinda like when she apologized when she dropped the ball in Syria?

Kinda like when she apologized for turning Libya into a festering nest of terrorists?

At least she conceded that she made the world a much worse place! That makes it ok!

Lol

You're so used to wimps like Obama and Bush. You can't even imagine what a strong leader looks like.
