Snerk! Say, it was marked classified when Hillary read it in 2012, it was redacted as classified in January (because Hillary's hid the email on her cowboy server, which is exactly what I have been saying for months) and is classified today, which is why your hero Kirby is a "liar."

I missed something? Was that when you moved to goalposts to something that had nothing to do with the email we were discussing????

Referral for Clinton perjury probe could come next week

The House Oversight Committee is expected to send a formal request asking the FBI to open a criminal investigation into allegations that Hillary Clinton lied to Congress as soon as next week, a committee aide told The Hill.

FBI Director James Comey revealed on Thursday that Clinton did, in fact, exchange emails through her private server that included information marked classified, though he provided some cover for Clinton during his testimony before the House Oversight Committee.

“I think it’s possible — possible — that she didn’t understand what a C meant when she saw it in the body of an email like that,” Comey said.

Is it really "possible" that Hillary, after 30 years of hands-on experience, still doesn't understand what classified means?

Maybe James Comey misspoke when he said that Hillary was "extremely careless". What he really meant to say was "extremely clueless."

"I don't think that our investigation established she was actually particularly sophisticated with respect to classified information and the levels and treatment," Comey told the House Oversight Committee.

Yeah, that's it. Hillary's just not "particularly sophisticated." Which is a polite way of saying she's basically flat-out stupid.

Comey, who was then yanked up to Capitol Hill for a hearing on Thursday, revealed that instead of no emails with classified information, as Hillary had insisted, there were 110, of those turned over to the State Department. Instead of Clinton’s assurances that the server in the basement in Chappaqua had never been breached, Comey said it was possible that hostile actors had hacked Clinton’s email account. Among the emails not given to State, he said at least three contained classified information, making it clear that she had been lying to the American public for the last 16 months.

“You’ve got a situation here where the woman who would be in charge of setting national security policy as president has been deemed by the F.B.I. unsuitable to safeguard and handle classified information,” Bill Savarino, a Washington lawyer specializing in security clearances, told the Times.

Prevaricator-in-chief Bill Clinton once called her "a world-class genius, the smartest woman in the world." But as Maureen Dowd points out in the article, our expectations for Hillary have become so low that she often receives accolades (primarily from her devout minions) for merely evading criminal indictment: "It’s part of a long pattern of ethical slipping and sliding, obsessive secrecy and paranoia, and collateral damage. We know who Hillary and Bill are now. We’ve been held hostage to their predilections and braided intrigues for a long time. We’re resigned to the Clintons focusing on their viability and disregarding the consequences of their heedless actions."

Well, now that the Benghazi witchhunt #9 failed to stop Clinton, and the email investigation failed to stop Clinton, and Sanders never came close to stopping Clinton, and Trump is way behind Clinton in the polls, can anyone tell me how Clinton is supposed to be done, yet?

State Department reopens Clinton emails probe

The State Department is reopening an internal investigation of possible mishandling of classified information by Hillary Clinton and top aides, officials told The Associated Press on Thursday.

The State Department started its review in January after declaring 22 emails from Clinton's private server to be "top secret." It was suspended in April so as not to interfere with the FBI's inquiry. State Department spokesman John Kirby said the probe is restarting after the Justice Department's announcement Wednesday that it won't bring any criminal charges.

Additionally Thursday, Republican lawmakers said they would now ask the FBI to investigate whether Clinton lied to the committee.
