Ok. Suppose I convince some of my friends to build drones and start killing people in the streets with them. Don't you think I would be found a criminal and put in prison?
The rules for individuals and private groups are very different than they are for governments. If you set up a private security force to patrol a neighbourhood and investigate crime they would be treated very differently than the police by the law in cases of interfering with police investigations or if someone is hurt or killed.
Likewise, if you start to "tax" people locally as a private organisation, you're very quickly going to come to the attention of the authorities - as a certain fraternal organisation of Sicilian gentlemen has found out over the years.
In the case of the drone strikes, first you need to demonstrate that the drone strikes are illegal under international law - which AFAIK they are not* and then you'd need to demonstrate that Secretary Clinton bore personal responsibility for them. The latter is very rarely found and only in cases where an individual has personally ordered specific attacks in circumstances where they knew it to be in breach of international law.
I know it's a repeating fantasy of the far left and anarchists that government members should be personally and criminally responsible for acts that the group find unacceptable (but those that they support are justified bu being for the good of the people
That criminality and prison is something for the working class rather than the ruling class? Hardly an allegation, more like a patently obvious observation.
I see now that, unable to support your argument, you are slipping into generalities rather than addressing specifics. It is true that those with access to the very best legal representation are less likely to receive a custodial sentence than those who do not BUT:
- You have yet to provide any evidence for any kind of criminal wrongdoing - she's not free from jail because of the flaws in the criminal justice system. She's free from jail because she hasn't done anything that would warrant putting her there
- The sorts of crimes that you seem to be alleging (war crimes and crimes against humanity) are not those where a slick lawyer can get you community service and/or a fine rather than jail time
- Members of the "ruling class" as you term them do end up in prison
