Hillary Clinton’s Private Server Contained Special Access Program Intelligence

According to NBC News, Hillary Clinton held “beyond Top Secret” intelligence on a private server that broke State Department rules.

Clinton’s convenience narrative is almost certainly an outright lie. Since Clinton stored SAP [Special Access Program] intelligence and other classified documents on an unguarded server (without permission), Espionage Act indictments are likely. We’re still in the first inning of a long ballgame pertaining to the FBI’s investigation.

The FBI is currently probing whether her rare email arrangement at State — exclusively using her own personal server rather than a State.gov account — ever put national security at risk.

If it recommends indictments, and the likelihood is extremely high based upon a number of factors, then the DNC will need Bernie Sanders. When the media finally focuses upon Clinton’s SAP emails and the FBI’s reaction to this security breach, Bernie Sanders will become the Democratic nominee in 2016.

Rumor has it, Joe Biden is slated for additional hair-plug surgery so he'll look good when he parachutes in to rescue the DNC from the impending threat of a Donald or Bernie presidency.

And some guy from Washington endorses Clinton...

Obama Is Eager to Hit the Stump for Hillary Clinton and Shred Donald Trump

WASHINGTON — President Obama, after months of sitting on the sidelines of the rancorous contest to succeed him, is now ready to aggressively campaign for Hillary Clinton, starting with a formal endorsement of her candidacy as early as this week.

The White House is in active conversations with Mrs. Clinton’s campaign about how and where the president would be useful to her, according to senior aides to Mr. Obama.

Maybe ... Thursday ?

Politico is saying that Sanders today is giving singals that the end is near.I wonder if all the blasting Sanders got yesterday from his fellow progressives that to prolong a lost battle could help nobody but Trump might have brought Bernie back to earth.

This CNN report seems pretty blatant about the end of Sanders campaign. Everything but a date.

I live for the day the only time I see the name "Benghazi" is in books on the North African Campaign during World War 2.

yo folks, remember not to ever mention Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods around dudalb.

Hillary 2016, please do not mention Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods!

At this rate it's going to be a cliche, like adding "gate" on the end of every scandal (or event that people are trying to turn into a scandal).

If the FBI recommends indictment and Justice declines, would the public even know? In fact, I'm not sure that the FBI actually recommends anything. They turn over the results of their investigation to prosecutors, and the prosecutors decide what to do with it. Even when a street cop arrests somebody, the DA makes the decision about whether there are grounds to prosecute.

I'm not familiar enough with how it works. I've read several articles talking about how the FBI may or may not recommend indictment, which is why I assumed they made such recommendations. I also read that if the FBI did believe she should be indicted but the AG decided not to move forward with it that it would end up leaking to the public one way or another. Obviously not everything we read or hear is true so that may be totally incorrect.

Nope. Sorry. A recommendation to indict isn't an indictment. I don't believe I'm being pedantic on this point, though I'm happy to entertain discussion.

Otherwise, you betcha!

That's a no go then. I don't think the FBI would recommend (assuming they do such a thing) indictment unless they believed that she was guilty and that they have enough evidence to pursue a case. I think given her political history, how powerful and connected she is, and that she is the democratic nominee gives the AG a real good reason not to pursue indictment even if they believe the case is solid. They can just claim there wasn't enough direct evidence to pursue a case.

The Democrats are all falling in line.

The Republicans started to, then Trump went on a racist tirade over his fraudulent "university."

The next few months should be entertaining.
