Hello from a non-skeptic

So, just as the Mayday threads devolve into recipe-sharing, the Charles Boden threads devolve into Shakespeare and bad puns?

Me likey!

Well, at least until it turns into a book-of-the-month club meeting. I don't think all the members of the book-of-the-month club have received their copies of Charles' Book yet, and then they need time to read and review them, so until then, Shakespearean sonnets and recipes for kebobs it is. I wonder if anyone here has a recipe for a good Shakespearean eel pie? All the recipes I've found have raisins and eels in them, eeww.

I'm Brian!

And just before I was crucified I had a chat with Charles "Be Right Back" Boden!

By the way, there's a fascinating selection of books in the "Customers Who Viewed This Item Also Viewed..." section of the Amazon page for Charles' book. So far we have:

"The Healing Craft: Healing Practices for Witches" by Stewart Farrar
"The Greatest Hoax on Earth: Debunking Dawkins" by Jonathan Sarfati
"Making History" by Stephen Fry
"The Demon-Haunted World" by Carl Sagan

Just for your information, Hokulele's dad is a Stuart. Hence Hokulele's brother's middle name is Stewart, although he is a half-Japanese. I am a descendant of a Nihonmatsu clan. The ruin of the Nihonmatsu Castle is a tourist attraction in Japan. So Hokulele could claim both European and Asian royalty. As for the imperial lineage, my grandmother's family traces back to the northern court of Japanese Imperial family. The current Imperial family is from the southern court.

Just so Ho0kulele understands her family background.

If she has extraterrestrial royalty, she could be a Princess Leia.

Hey! Dammit. I found the book first, so I should get 5% of all sales. I figure that's just under a dollar. Please place the money in a high yield account for a future me.

My imperial ancestors sneer at your royal pretensions.

I've never understood the interest in ancestors, I mean, they're all dead.

My great.........grandad was the High OverKing of the Great Apes.

Some may scoff and some may laugh but one day copies of Charles' Book will as prized as Shakespeare's first folios.:duck:
