First of all, I despise beliefs. Beliefs lead to nothing but trouble. After all, truth is beyond the limited scope of beliefs, which is why beliefs are nothing but beliefs rather than being actual truths. If you had access to the truth, then it would no longer be a case involving a belief. And so again I say, Truth is Beyond Belief.

You " THINK " this individual is...... , and you're " NOT SURE " what to do. Well that is a sound response compared to many others. Most people practice conclusive certainty in less than a second, and are most often implying they know all, and are therefore never in the wrong. This kind of behaviour guarantees that they will never make the effort required to reach out far enough to touch the truth.

I think that is obvious. You cannot in all seriousness (and he is obviously serious about it) call yourself MINISTERofTRUTH and be sane.
Some people choose to never be open minded, such as in this case where the focus is upon " MINISTERofTRUTH " rather than it and ALL that surrounds it. Truth involves everything. However, most choose to base what they consider to be truth upon something as small as the example of the " MINISTERofTRUTH " title.
Granted, if people choose to confine themselves to specifics, they can become skilled in these areas, and this can be done in an acceptable and efficient time period such that they will most likely benefit from it. It also sets them up to appear to be stable and successful. However, this does prevent them, as I said, from reaching out far enough to touch the truth.
Instead, they are just a member of a global conformity behaviour system. As long as you behave in the same manner as the majority, then you are placed within the " sane " category. This is what is then classified as being in-touch with reality. You then proceed to ask these conformists to describe mechanics of the reality that they so proudly claim to be in-touch with, yet they don't have a clue. If they know anything at all, it is just that, KNOWLEDGE, meaning if they state anything at all about the mechanics of reality, it is actually just a repeat of that mensioned within the physics books that they acquired it from.
If you are touch with truth / reality, you don't need education concerning the mechanics of reality to be able to understand what it is and how it works.
Unfortunately, it is common today to assume that being a knowledgeable person is somehow related to being an intelligent person, even though the knowledgeable person must be sent to a school to learn, since they can not access truths directly. Unfortunately, this leads to the acquiring of units of knowledge, rather than huge units of understanding.
If you look at one huge picture, you see it for what it is, you see it as a whole, as a singularity. If you then proceeded to shatter it into hundreds of pieces, these pieces could then be labeled as units of knowledge. If kept as units of knowledge, the picture is not reassembled and thus it is not seen as a whole, as a singularity, as what it truly is.
The skill of the knowledgeable is to acquire endless numbers of units of knowledge. This behaviour also ensures that complete singular units of understanding are always kept in a shattered form of units of knowledge, thus complete understandings are kept beyond view by being kept in the disassembled form. The knowledgeable develop a language of thinking that is in tune specifically with the use of knowledge.
If you present a complete unit of understanding to the minds of the knowledgeable, it is rejected instantly, because it is not composed of units of knowledge, for it is a singularity. In short what the knowledgeable are saying is no different than saying that a solid cup is not a solid and complete cup unless it is a shattered cup. It is therefore impossible to get a knowledgeable person to accept, nor see, the complete truth.
A football shape makes a good example of the scope of different minds. At one end we start with a singular point. Call it a single unit of knowledge. Then it begins to broaden, let's say it's because of being composed of more units of knowledge. Eventually it begins to become narrower again because at this point some units of knowledge are beginning to piece together with other units of knowledge, thus creating units of understanding. At the opposite end, we are back to a singularity once again, but this time it does not represent one unit of knowledge, but represent one huge unit of understanding that is the result of the assembly of ALL the units of knowledge.
Today, the knowledgeable minded basically are those whose mind is limited to being in-between the two white lines of the football. As the result of this, there are two kinds of minds that are outside of this limited capacity. At one end of the football beyond the white line, this can represent those who know very little and are therefore not considered to be intelligent but are looked down upon as the mentally challenged. At the opposite end of the football beyond the white line, this can represent those who are brilliant, the so called geniuses.
Unfortunately, both of these ends are outside of the mental scope of the knowledgeable minded. As the result of this, they can not tell the difference between one and the other. Instead, their definition of a genius is simply someone who can do what they can do, but do it better, meaning to know more than they do, and to function faster when using such knowledge.
As an example of NOT being able to tell the difference between one and the other, a knowledgeable person, a teacher, once classified a particular student as a slow learner, a backwards person, a person with clearly no academic future to look forward to, and most likely a high school drop out. This teacher was CERTAIN of this. Years later, this teacher was now CERTAIN that this person was actually a genius. What had occurred was a knowledgeable minded person, the teacher, had stated with certainty that the person belonged at one end of the football, and later on, and once again with certainty, stated that the person belonged at the complete opposite end of the football.
In other words, the mistake that the knowledgeable teacher made, could be no larger. This flawed certainty, could have been no bigger !
The students name was Albert Einstein.
Meanwhile one can turn on the TV and wait for that full hour of news, packed with info concerning today's thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon..... of daily breakthroughs made by those endless numbers of knowledgeable university grads.
I'm still waiting.
Maybe it's because in truth they are just a bunch of copies. Perhaps I could call them conformists. If one presents a physics theory that is not in tune with today's text book beliefs, then it is immediately classified as a crackpot theory.
In other words, no one bothers to examine it as an individuality, but instead simply compares it to that written within the global conformity knowledge text books, and then they proceed to reject it because it does not conform to that which has already been " ACCEPTED ". This produces a system that simply CAN NOT possibly expand to eventually reach the truths.
And so if someone claims to have been exposed to truths that are not KNOWN of to the majority, then most likely such a person will be tossed into the categories of psycho / insane / schizo / etc..
If the people who draw this conclusion are asked whether or not they are experts in any of theses fields, they usually say no, and thus they are saying that no expertise WHAT SO EVER is needed to draw such a conclusive certainty.
THAT IS SHEER MADNESS !
In my case, I did not achieve certainty until having been open minded for 35 years. In short, my equation for certainty is 35 years in length.
For the majority however, they believe that if they can be certain in a matter of seconds, then this means that they are very smart indeed. In other words, what they are saying is that an equation that is a few seconds long, is much more reliable than one which is decades in length.
Once again, if one sits back and acquires an extremely long complex and reliable equation for certainty, then to those who surround you, you seem to be a complete idiot and jackass since you are not showing any signs of keeping up with the crown as they acquire their endless number of detached petty units of knowledge. In other words they say that you are stupid if you choose to be smart.
If someone original comes along, he or she is immediately shot down for not being a member of the global conformity system. Naturally since non of these people are connected to the complete truth, but to belief systems instead, they use their closed minded circular arguments against the " someone original " who now immediately becomes a target, rather than someone who opens the eyes of others to new ideas and new exposures of truths.

If you have two observers positioned 300,000 km apart on train tracks, they will agree that it takes 1 second for one observer to send light from his position to the other observer, since the speed of light is 300,000 km per second.
If you have a train that is 75,000 km long, and each car has windows at front and rear, then light could be shot through the train from end to end.
Now even if the train was in motion along the tracks between the two observers, and the train was moving a 260,000 km per second and the light passed through the train, to the observers on the tracks, the time taken for the light to get from one observer to the other, is still measured to be that same 1 second. The fact that the light passed through the Train has in no way at all changed the speed of that light.
To those on-board the Train however, it appears to take 0.25 sec. for the light to enter at one end and exist at the other, and to them their Train is still the same old 75,000 km in length. ( 75,000 km per 0.25 sec. ) = ( 300,000 km per 1 sec. ) = the speed of light .
To make this happen, the length of the train must actually change, its clocks must also slow down, and these clocks located at the front and rear of the train, thus positioned to take such a measurement, must no longer be in sync, otherwise without ALL of these changes, the 0.25 sec. time period being measurement would not occur.
Because of all of these changes, even if the light was sent in the opposite direction, therefore entering the front of the train first, to those on-board the train it would still seem to take 0.25 sec for the light to enter and exit the train.
Meanwhile, to the track-side observers, they would measure a 0.9330127 of a second time period for the light to complete the trip through the train if the train was moving in the same direction as the light.
The track-side observers would also measure only 0.0669873 of a second time period for the light to complete the trip through the train if the train was moving in the opposite direction of which the light was heading.
The measurement rulers on-board the train also have changed in length, thus still giving those on the train a measurement of 75,000 km if they measure the length of the train while it is in motion. This does not mean that the actual spatial length of the train, and the rulers, have not changed.
In short, you have to picture all actions four dimensionally. If the train is at rest in space, then its entire motion is through the dimension of Time and its entire length extends across Space. If you proceed to change the direction of this motion such that less of it is across the dimension of Time due to the remainder now being directed across Space, this also is responsible for the rotation of the Train within the open 4 dimensions of Space-Time, and thus less of the Train extends across Space, and the remainder extends across the dimension of Time.
At this point we have the Train becoming spatially shorter, the clocks slow down since we are moving across Space as well rather than just across Time, and if clocks were positioned at the opposite ends of the Train, thanks to the rotation having caused the Train to extend across the dimension of Time, the clocks are no longer synchronized. With ALL of this taken into account, the 0.25 sec measurement always occurs no matter what speed the train is moving down the tracks.
As I have said, a geometric analysis of this 4 dimensional event, produces the equations that are identical to those known today as the Lorentz-Fitzgerald Contraction Equation, the Time Dilation Equation, the Lorentz Transformation Equations, and the Velocity Addition Equation, therefore revealing the underlying foundation that is responsible for such equations.
