Hamas crimes against humanity

Parky, you said this a few minutes ago:

Please make up your mind.

Hamas is a political party. They won the Palestinian elections to run the Palestine Authority.

They also have a military wing. It is guilty of crimes against humanity.

How old are you that you can't understand this?

The Palestinians and Arabs, however, seem to be nursing a 60-year grudge, while, the Israelis have long since moved on with their lives.

So, I guess, since the Israelis have moved on and don't worry about 60 year old grievences, there will be no more Holocaust reparation lawsuits against any more European states, banks, and industries, correct?

:D

All refugees that flee in times of war, are always allowed to return. That is the law of the UN Charter...which Israel agreed to. As with the Genera Conventions, which Israel signed.

If Israel is under no obligation to allow back refugees from the 1948 and 1967 wars, then the nations of Eastern Europe were under no obligation to allow back Jews who were displaced throughout the former Nazi empire.

Sorry, abandoning a developing nation under attack then, after discovering your roots, having the compelling need to return to that nation after it has developed into one of the most advanced nations on the planet? I say tough shiite.

abandoning a developing nation? OMG one of your best.....they are deserters now? What about the ones put up against a wall and shot....abandoning Israel by entering the next life??

Are you implying that the desire of refugees displaced in the 1940's to return to their homes is a new one? Your attempts at apologizing Israeli actions are becoming more and more strained.

Marc- do you believe that the State of Israel has EVER infringed upon the rights of its Arab citizens, ever treated the Palestinians in a less then equal fashion, or ever allowed other to do such?

No country is perfect, including Israel. Israel, however, is one of the more progressive nations with regard to human rights and is light years ahead of the Arab world.

How are they doing compared to western Europe?

Hamas is not a gang. They are a political party elected to lead a country. They are indeed guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Parky, I don't think you grasp how dangerous gangs are, particularly when well armed. The Hamas behavior, to include the extortion and killing of the disloyal is classic city gang, or crime family, behavior.

What country do you live in, again? Do you ever look out of your window?

DR

I live in the USA. In Queens, NYC. Its quite safe. No gangs running around.

Light years ahead of the Arab world?

That actually ain't saying much.

What's next, Judeo-fascists complaining that the world holds Israel and the IDF to a higher standard then Hamas and Islamic Jihad?

Such chutzpah, I know!!

:D

Must be difficult on your conscience living on occupied land while moralizing about Israel's so-called occupation.

2 wrongs don't make a right.

But the rest of the world has moved on from violent racist occupation and persecution. Maybe in 200 years Israel will too?

Lame response.

Not in 200 years, not in 2,000 years will the Arabs move on from their deep-seated hatred of Jews and the desire to drive them into the sea. Changing their attitude toward the Jews would serve the entire Middle East well, and the world, and might help the Arabs lift themselves out of the 7th century.

The killing of the disloyal--also known as spies and traitors--is classic behavior of most groups in times of armed conflict.

Do I understand you to be excusing executions merely based on allegations, no legal counsel, no trial, no appeal? Dear God, you really need to recalibrate your moral compass.

You mean like...an extra-judicial killing??

Why Israel would NEVER do something like that. They would never..ever..assassinate someone. They believe in innocent until proven guilty, trial by a jury of one's peers, and fair punishment.

Oh, wait a second:
