Guiliani Suspended from Practicing Law

I find it bizarre that like the Pillow Guy and Trump they keep proclaiming they have the evidence they know they don't have right up to the edge of the cliff before going over. It's like they expect judgement day to never come and all the while it looms.

Right out of Trump's playbook, Giuliani, who at least has a law degree should understand the concept that an illegal contract is not enforceable, thinks he can just say relevant parties read the clause he stuffed in there, ergo Rudy is absolved of lying.
To be fair to Pillow Guy. He thought he had evidence. It was just so technically complex he couldn't understand it but the "experts" could.

Georgia law doesn't apply. The suit is in federal court, in the D.C. circuit.

I assumed, based on the articles I read (from MSNBC and Newsweek), that Georgia law was controlling in this case, because the plaintiffs are residents of Georgia. But reading one of the trial documents, I see it's actually D.C. law. (For those unfamiliar, the case was heard in federal court because the plaintiffs and defendant do not reside in the same state.)

The link below is to a picture of Rudy and his odd-tourage exiting the courthouse. I have to ask, the guy to Rudy's right, with the blue polka dot tie, what the ever lovin' heck is up with his hair??? Did he take a dare, or lose a bet, and have to wear Rudy's shabby old rug on his head or something?

I have no idea what it is, but there seems to be some sort of psychological appeal to the populist side of the right wing, wherein crap hair dos are somehow appealing (see: Boris and Trump)

i think mike pillow is not even tangentially impinging on reality. whole concepts are lost on him.

For his claims to be accurate, the Computers handling the counting had to have an active modifiable imput system, proving that system didn't exist debunked him.

He got into an argument with his hair-dresser, and the hair-dresser made this but showed him a picture of a proper hair-do instead of the back mirror. He will only discover this in the evening when he looks into a mirror.

not that we should be being fair to mike pillow, he has also smoked a lot of crack

He’s going to wake up one day and wish he avoided Giuliani and Trump and just gone back to crack. That’s got to be the better way to ruin your life and blow through millions of dollars.

While persuing video, idly trying to find out who the guy with the ugly haircut was—I mean the other guy with the ugly haircut—I naturally saw Giuliani's press conference where he tried to reiterate all the claims for which he had already been found liable. The look on the lawyer's face is priceless. He tries to guide Giuliani away from the microphone and cover up the statement by saying what he hero Giuliani had been in decades past.

As Donald Trump learned, you can be sued again for making the defamatory statements again. Again, these people are so used to be so far above the law that it doesn't even occur to them not to reoffend.

I wonder who signed the autograph that the one person was so intent on getting in the picture? It doesn't look like Trumps, but then I have only seen Trumps signature a few times.
