So what? It is Epstein who is the notorious rapist. Maxwell is only charged with procuring four technically underage women and a trifling perjury claim based on her claiming she didn't know Epstein had done what he was doing.
Epstein died. Can't pin his crimes on the next available person. Talent scouting is a traditional way for model agencies to find new faces. Naomi Campbell was 'discovered' this way on a London tube train. Women want their portfolios for modelling. Nobody forced them. True, these professions, model photographers and the agencies, are notorious for inappropriate behaviour. Hard to prosecute this some forty years down the line?

So, if Maxwell is 'an accomplice', as you claim, how come she wasn't charged with Epstein as a co-defendant on both occasions? What about the several 'girlfriends' who came after Maxwell - when Epstein was still abusing and raping women - or are they not accomplices as well? Or was Epstein perfectly able to commit his crimes without any help from anybody?

It is illegal, if that is what she did. However, Virginia née Roberts didn't come forward until 1915/1916? For crimes that supposedly happened fifteen years or more before?
Playing Devil's advocate, I put it to you that after working five years with Epstein as his chief masseur and sex worker procurer (she admits she procured hundreds ow women for him) she 'escaped' (her word) during a course in Thailand paid for by Epstein. She met her husband, Mr. Giuffre. She claims it was when her daughter was born 2015 she decided to pursue Epstein for various torts. OK, that is all very noble. However, I suggest (as a contrary view), she showed the picture of her and Prince Andrew to new hubby and they knew this would be her golden key to fame and fortune: forced to be a 'sex slave' and trafficked by Maxwell to have sex with a member of the British Royal Family. Bingo! The photo proves it.
Charge the persons concerned with whatever law has been broken. However, in sentencing, the victim's contribution towards the acts against them have to be factored in, so it is bunkum to claim Maxwell should be jailed for at least 35 years, or even 80 years, if the tabloid hype is to be believed.

If you knew the slightest thing at all about abused children and teenagers, you would know that it can be years, even decades before they come to terms with what happened to them... some never do, some even off themselves because they were simply unable to cope. Why is it do you think, that so many victims of priests come forward to tell their stories when they are in their twenties, thirties, forties, in some cases, even in their fifties?
It can often be a trigger in their lives that prompts them to come forward.. a news story about the kind of abuse they suffered.. the death of the abuser, a story about another person abused by the same abuser, getting married, having their first child, the death of a partner or other loved one.
Didn't they teach you any of this in "psychology school"
NOTE: ...and no, I don't give a fat rat's arse that you don't think she was a child when it happened. It is a cold, hard, undeniable fact she was legally a child, whatever your warped and disgusting worldview leads you to believe.
