Gaza villages Wiped off the map

Israel controls the West Bank. Their control of this land, won in a war against Jordan in 1967, is legal, legitimate, and abides by all international laws concerning warfare. They must negotiate with the Palestinians the final status of this land. Each side of the puzzle must make an "offer".

But if you think the Palestinians should refuse any "offer" from the Israelis...even if its 95%...or even 96%..because you don't like that term "offer", then clearly peace with Israel is NOT your goal here, and you are a very silly person.

But....we all know that it isn't...now dont we?

;)

Islamist Apologists are paper thin.

You find one of the Zionist Apologists here to condemn Zionism. I openly condemn Islamism.

Anyway enough of that silliness .....

Actually I do want peace. The barrier to peace is the racist insistence that the land formally known as Palestine should be for Jews only.

Why can't both Jews and Arabs live in this land with equal rights? A 2 state solution, which only those who are stupid enough to swallow the propaganda actually want, is simply cementing a sectarian divide.

Make the place one country which has equal rights for everyone. It can still be a homeland for Jews without all the racist discrimination that's currently going on.

]Neither do you, as it seems.

May I ask what it is you want, exactly?

No, I don't want a two state solution. I'm not into racism and sectarianism. As said in my last post a 2 state solution is simply creating a racist divide. All it would do is make the current situation official.

There should be ONE COUNTRY where Jews and Arabs can live side by side with EQUAL rights and in peace.

I of course appreciate that the Zionist Apologists here wouldn't agree to that. For them the Palestinian Untermenchen shouldn't enjoy equal rights.

Another one in denial.

I am completely familiar with the entire background of this conflict.
Chapter and verse. Line item by line item.

The Jews are ALREADY sharing the land with Arabs.
It is the Arabs who continue to believe that this is a bad idea.

As for "getting their owned land back" -- can you point to a map showing what exact lands that encompasses? Are you suggesting that there was such a thing as "Palestine" that the Jews stole from Arabs?

I posed this to Oliver, but you are welcome to give it a shot.

Israel has not done so.

If you are the least bit aware of the legal background of the Conventions, there is nothing about the establishment of Jewish towns and communities in Gaza or the West Bank which would be classified as "deporting or transferring" ----
every single home and every single shack that Jews live in are VOLUNTARY domiciles.
Wow. So the Geneva conventions say you cannot transfer part of your population to occupied territories, but if the people move their voluntarily (with government subsidies) this is O.K.?

Same as if you chose to buy and live in a home anywhere on Earth.
Tell you what. If I am an Arab from Jordan, can I buy and live in a home in Tel Aviv? No? Well, then, I guess you must be wrong.

Article 49 deals specifically with deporation and forcible transfers. It makes no mention of voluntary settlements (even with government subsidies). If the U.N. or any high court wishes to amend the Geneva Convetion to include the prohibition of voluntary settlements, that's up to them. Until then, any opinion on the settlements is just that.

*edit*

Whether or not this is moral (the building of settlements) is an entirely different subject when discussing the legality.

Well as you claimed you are "completely familiar with the entire background of this conflict. Chapter and verse. Line item by line" you'll know that the issue is about land stolen from displaced peoples on an individual basis.

The old Zionist Apologist argument that there never was a 'Palestine' to steal is tired and worn out. People in the 21st century have moved on from that old crusty nonsense.

And no the Israelis are NOT sharing anything with the Palestinians. 'Sharing' implies it's an equal opportunities situation. I'd hardly call a theater of persecution, apartheid an slaughter, 'sharing'

Even the Zionist leaders like Ben Gurion recognized the injustice towards the Palestinians. It's a shame that his subjects like yourself can't do the same.

How much land was stolen? The majority of land stolen was from which district? When was it stolen?

Give us an individual case of stolen property.

Are you, as one of the forum's most ardent Zionist Apoligists, really stating that the Zionist Agenda is for a 2 state solution?

There is no single Zionist agenda, to think otherwise is a conspiracy theory. Particularly so if no evidence is ever presented.

You find one of the Zionist Apologists here to condemn Zionism. I openly condemn Islamism.

Zionism is simply the idea that there should be a nation of Israel if the people of Israel want one and can support it. It is no different from the idea that there should be a nation of Palestine if the people of Palestine want one and can support it.

Islamism is a completely different philosophy.

Well, I think the old school Zionism that groups like the Irgun supported (only thus) is pretty much a dying, if not dead, movement. That is to say that the taking by force all the lands of the British Mandate isn't a goal held by modern Israeli politicians and leaders. That's not to say that those politicians don't WANT the land east of the Jordan, I just don't think they'd really consider going after it, in secret or in the open.

Which begs this question:

After all of the wars Israel has fought since it's founding, have they ever been in a position to aquire all of the land that the Zionists felt they deserved?

And HAMAS is sure gonna give us that.....
At least you have come clean about wanting the destruction of Israel. What you have not come clean about is the consequences thereof.

For someone who claims to condemn Islamism, you sure do make a habit of defending Islamists like Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic Jihad.

Not ONCE have I seen you ever condemn Hamas or any of the other Islamist groups for targeting Israeli civilians. Not ONCE have you called for them to face war crimes trials trials for such actions.

You appear to believe that when it comes to defending against "der Zionist entity", the ends justify ALL and ANY means.

The ethnic cleansing of 750,000 Arabs from Israel was not an injustice?

...And how many were displaced due to conflict?

Plan D bears the responsibility for only a third of those refugees - what about the rest?

The ethnic cleansing of 750,000 Arabs from Israel was not an injustice?
How many were forced out? How many left because Arab states warring with Israel told them to leave? How many left because they didn't want to live in a Jewish-majority country?

Israelis cry over lost.....cars. While Palestinians cry over lost children.

It changed again!

What is going on?

I've said nothing of the sort. I don't want anyone destroyed. I want people to live side by side in peace.

Is there something wrong with you? Are you so blinkered in your extremist views you cannot read without negative hallucination causing you to filling the blanks with your own fundamentalism?

Are you losing your mind.

make a habit? Show me ONE INSTANCE where I have defended Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic Jihad. Come on Parky don't lower yourself to arguing on the foundation of lies like the Zionist Apologists.

If you search my posts you'll see where I hae not only condemned Islamists but I have said Islam as a vile religion ( or words to that effect )

I've condemned Hamas and the Islamists numerous times on this forum. I haven't really spoken about Hezbollah but I would certainly condemn any attacks they have made on civilians.
