That would be NWO Form 9234b. You can find that in the HR department here at NWO Towers, 14th Floor. This must be filled out in triplicate, with one copy given to the HR manager, one to your direct handler, and one for you to keep for your records.
 
OK, a few minor tweaks. I guess technically it's not true that it's Richard Gage's CD theory... he came on board years after it first appeared. So I call it the controlled demolition theory advocated by Richard Gage. And technically it's true that NIST didn't say that there were more fires on the side of Building 7 that had more fires... so I'm saying that NIST said the fires started on the side that was hit by the burning debris. And this is certainly not the section where we debate the alleged impossibility of NIST's claims... just the place where we parrot what they say so we know what was asserted.

Thank you for not calling it Gage's theory and the south side fires are a minor point but I thought I'd mention it.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, however not all opinions are created equal. In particular, some are factually wrong.

For example the opinion that 1500 A&E professionals have a theory of controlled demolition, or the opinion that Richard Gage is representing them and their theory, rather than his own theory, can be shown to be factually wrong: The evidence lies in the fact that the 1500 signed a text that does not present any theory; that there is no other common denominator among them wrt theories; that the signed text does not include any authorization to present any specific theory; that various personal statements of these 1500 contain language that implies a variety of different theories, some of which at odds with what Gage presents; that various other personal statements of these 1500 contain no language that could possibly construed as advocating any theory; etc.

Yes, and? How many of those PhDs are relevant? Podiatry is a PhD science, for crying out loud.

It is neither true nor reasonable to call it Mr. Gage's theory. Your desire to do so is a ploy to tie it to him rather than the 1500 A&E's he represents. This is just a way of minimizing the CD theory.

the only thing that "minimizes" the CD theory is its total lack of evidence to support it.
