Thanks for the legal analysis Loss Leader. That was quite helpful. Now a question for Cheers and terrorcell if he happens to come across this thread. Terrorcell implied on the Loose Change forum that he contacted both Shaw and Cramer by email. Why doesn't he just post the text of the emails?

No, you haven't proven your claim. The source of the gag order claim originated from some obscure british tabloids that did not source it's info. Thus it is not reliable. And ALL other "journalists" who write about it are simply making reference to the british tabloid.

Case in point, what is your writers source for saying he is under gag order. Real journalists cite these things. I already know their source, so not to worry.

PS - The title of the thread is not the topic. The topic is base on the OP.
 
I know that some conspiracy theorists will quote mine etc but I can't believe terrorcell, who has visited the area and spoke to witnesses, would just make this up that they had said it.

Easy enough: You say these people said they were under gag orders. We say that we don't believe that. Note: We didn't say that they weren't under gag orders, we just said we were not convinced of your assertion.

So prove your assertion. It's not up to us to prove that the thing you said is right or wrong. It's up to you to prove that what you said is right. When you get some proof, wake me.

Maybe it was just their way of getting rid of the obnoxious morons who have been calling them. TC is probably lucky never to have been within arms reach of them, if he likes eating things that require chewing.

And Szymanski is a Nazi apologist. End of his credibility as a human being, let alone a journalist, in my opinion.

Is TC actually Jeff, by any chance?

It would seem that ABC reported the explosion and white smoke on 9/11/2001. I don't know if anyone considers "The Mirror" a reliable source but they report the gag order.

[Pittsburgh Channel, 12/6/2001] Investigators believe this was Edward Felt, the only passenger not accounted for on phone calls. There was no explosion and smoke.

Besides, in the minutes after that call was made, the plane still managed to climb from 5000ft to 10000 ft. Even if you wanted to believe in an explosion, it had no effect whatsoever.
