You have a journalist friend who is unfamiliar with Fox News? I hope he/she doesn't live in the US... love it or hate it, not knowing what it is certainly doesn't bode well for his/her journalist's instincts.
 
Late to the game... Again...

I'm still reading, but it's this sort of thing which leaves me thinking of Fox as being a Bush Admin shill. When I know more, I'll say more. Right now, I'm trying to keep dinner down.
 
Fox News is great. Last year I was treated to the sight of five Conservatives sitting around a table on nationwide television in front of god knows how many viewers having a discussion on liberal media bias. Unable to come up with any examples, they started bashing the excessive numbers of liberal college professors, and said this was proof of liberal media bias.

Then I turned on my PS2 and played Katamari Damacy instead.

Fox News, while its least rated programs beat even the ratings of CNN's top show (Larry King), actually lost viewers in the last year. It seems that viewers are miffed over Foxes' move leftward.

Remember- everyone is stupid and you're very bright, that's the only thing that explains it!
 
Looks like the terrorists have won again. Since when has it be again the law to be again the government, isn't that how this country got started.

It couldn't be much clearer that Faux News would greatly prefer a press in which they are the only parties free to say what they want. Maybe I'm somewhat in the minority with this idea, but shouldn't the FOX people (and, by extension, all other news people) be at least slightly concerned about the fact that this 'fact' got out at all? I mean, it had to come from somewhere inside the Administration, didn't it? That tells me, that someone within the Inner Sanctum is the leaker. Why aren't they interested in finding that one out?

I'll admit, I missed the story, and don't have all the fact. But, from all that i've heard, they've never mentioned that.

If anyone knows otherwise, please bring me up to speed! :)
