I want one. It would be the most awesome lawn ornament in my city. Heck, in my country. But alas, I don't have enough money.

Never done it myself, but I do remember the times before mandatory annual vehicle inspections. You guys do have those by now too, I may hope?

I doubt I've ever owned a car that would pass any kind of inspection, but they all got me to where I needed to be, without accident . (Then again, I've never paid more than $500 for a car.)
