YET, THE VERY company who certified the steel in the WTC, said that the jet fuel COULDN'T have melted the columns on tower 1 & 2. So, are you calling this guy a liar? You must address these points. I know this vid contains some things that everyone has seen before...but the audio of the firefighters inside the buildings is compelling. I need someone to explain what is causing all of these explosions on floors that are over 50-60 floors below the impact point. How can you possibly explain that? Boilers, chillers, motors, pumps, transformers, day tanks, dc battery plants, etc. Basically, your standard mechanical and electrical equipment. Have you ever seen pictures of buildings where any of the above items? It ain't pretty. The WTC were quite large, so my educated guess would be that the above listed equipment were at the top limit of manufacturer models. I can't begin to imagine the damage they would have caused if they exploded.

No, 28th... you claimed he was a "MIT Engineer and Research Scientist", not that he is an MIT trained Engineer and not a research scientist at all. He's actually a physician in CA and has not worked in electrical engineering in over 25 years IIRC.

Where does it say they certified steel in that article? They describe how they tested (not certified) the steel in 2004 at the behest of NIST. And the laboratories that did the testing were in Northbrook, IL and Toronto, Ontario. Kevin Ryan worked as a water quality tester in South Bend, IN. They did not certify or even test steel at his plant, and never did.

And even if you ignore Ryan's lack of qualifications on the matter, his statements alone are factually incorrect and/or irrelevant to the issue at hand - whether or not the fires in WTC 1,2, and 7 were hot enough to weaken the steel.

I know you think you've laughed off the Star Wars beam, and the holographic wings, and the i-pod complete with missile kit etc. But, the fact is...I THINK THOSE ideas and theories are retarded as well, and that's one of the reasons I don't care for Loose Change. It contained way too many of these fringe theories...that only served to water down their entire case. You've got to stick to the main facts surrounding the actual event.
