Remember in Men in Black when the giant cockroach put on the skin of the guy that he had killed? Watch McCain when he sits back and listens to Obama talk and does his little snorting thing.

Obsiously the congress healthcare paln is far better than anything we get.
 
McCain just attacked Obama for talking about the "health of the mother" (re: abortion).

He claims that the "health of the mother" could mean "just about anything."

I'm...speechless.
 
Im watching CCN with the little dial/ticker thingy in the bottom. At the moment Mc Cain only has to open his mouth for it to plummet like the Dow

My current plan is pretty crappy, and between my employer and I it costs about $325 a month--so, $3900 a year. And I'm single, with no kids. I can easily see a halfway decent family plan running in the $5800 range, if not more.

ETA: That's not counting the cost of medications, which cost me about $100/month out-of-pocket.

Did... uh... did McCain just say he thinks people ought to be able to walk out of the military and get a job teaching without having to go through all the rigmarole and inconvenience of.. like... getting properly certified?

Is far more in line with the quotes I've been getting and with what we pay through my wifes plan.

Just about every business owner I know that I've talked to has said that if McCain is elected and his $5000 tax passes the first thing they'll do is drop their health care plans for employees.

I muted the TC for the last 2 minutes. I can't read lips, so I couldn't figure out what they were saying but the body language and the facial expressions are priceless between the 2 candidates.
 
This debate seems to have been a bit more substantive than the last two. I wonder why they held back in the first two debates.

I predict >70% of the MediaCurves independent sample will declare Obama the winner.
 
McCain looks like a clown compared to Obama in the end sequence in terms of seriousness/posture.
