IF there were "shapeshifters" or beings that had a different internal biology to the normal human being, but who's outside appearance was human, what better way to detect them and/or prevent them from using public flights for transport than to inspect their innerds?



Even the smallest detail would be detected by those who are trained to use these machines properly and to their fullest potential and are privvy to the differences to look out for.

Having said that, those who are "out front" in the public eye and operating the x-ray scanners are probably still clueless as to what they are looking at except for it being a human type body with or without various everyday or suspicious "objects" not linked directly to apparently normal looking flesh and bone.

The visual display from said machines is probably not just a picture to be scrutinised in airport security checks as people go on their flight but is recorded for security purposes and used in the event of a find, or for future evidence, but who's to say there aren't people who's job it is to scan this data behind the scenes and look for the tell-tale signs of our non-human counterparts which could possibly be minute in detail, but visible to the expert eye?

May sound crazy I know, but I like to consider as many possibilities as I can when these kind of things are let loose on society.

What better way to control not just US, but also any alien species that may so far have had the freedom to travel and integrate without detection.
