It's at 28% but "fast charging." We will see...
I just turned mine phone on its side on the charger. Worked. For now. This happened to me with both USB-C cable and wireless pad- both times, it meant bad connection. With the cable, it was because the charging port was damaged. With the wireless, it was because it wasn't sitting in exactly the sweet spot (with the case on) to charge right. It would light up with a green fast charging circular indicator, then stop taking a charge at all. Being precise with the charger placement worked, and removing the case made the problem vanish.
Might be the USB port or cable connection. I have similar experiences and what was happening is that the I'd plug it in, it would look like everything worked and it was fast charging but as soon as I put the phone done something would wiggle around and it defaulted to slow charging. The phone says "fast charging" but then it doesn't. Will go in search of a new battery. If that doesn't work I will sacrifice the next door neighbor's kid and his boom box to the Ohm My Gods.
There's no "nailing it" in the scenario our kaiju friend has devised.Well yeah, but it (sort of)makes for a fun challenge to be given almost no information and nail it anyway from meager info?
Getting paid to do a job changes things considerably. There is indeed a number of dollars that would cause me to happily set aside the lack of reciprocal respect and effort from the person I'm trying to help.Eta: part of my work is getting into people's heads and figuring out what they like when they can't even articulate it themselves. It's like a game of 20 questions without the questions, which seems pointless till you get it right anyway
Lighten up..If only someone thought to include technical information in a thread about a scientific, mathematical, medical, or technological question. It's almost like the real point of this thread is to watch people flail away pointlessly at an under-specified problem.
Which is what I thought Forum Community was for.
Still waiting for my light bulb to fast charge.Lighten up..
I dunno- at his last reporting, we may have poke-and-hoped our way to isolating the problematic variable. There's no "nailing it" in the scenario our kaiju friend has devised.
Trust me- having your professional reputation and the very food on your table tied into someone else's inability to communicate is not some kind of rolling-in-the-jingle fantasy job. You can lose as well as win or draw.Getting paid to do a job changes things considerably. Where do you get the anthracite? If wiggling something makes a difference a new cable might be the answer, though with my previous phone the eventual answer was one of those cans of compressed air, to blast the pocket lint out of the charging socket and let the plug go all the way in. But I had that phone 8 years so a lot of fluff got compacted in there.
Much like my first divorce. This happened to me with both USB-C cable and wireless pad- both times, it meant bad connection. With the cable, it was because the charging port was damaged. With the wireless, it was because it wasn't sitting in exactly the sweet spot (with the case on) to charge right. Amazon Prime. Or at least that's where I got the replacement batteries from.Where do you get the anthracite?
Didn't get the ones with the used electrons, did you? Cheaper, sure, but we don't know the lifetime for them.Amazon Prime. Or at least that's where I got the replacement batteries from.
