Extreme Right-Wing Websites (like cnsnews.com)

Which are a tiny minority.

Are you really equating the Washington Times web site with the one mentioned in the OP in terms of extreme viewpoints expressed in comments, much less how many of them go unchallenged?

BTW, the article you linked to is labeled as an editorial rather than an unbiased news story.

No. You failed to establish that JREF is an extremist leftist anti-Semitic website because [again] there is ample dissent and counter-point to those extremist opinions. JREF is not merely an echo chamber of one political affiliation.

If you could demonstrate a similar acceptance of diverse opinion on the cnsnews.com, then you'd take a big step in proving that it isn't simply an echo chamber of conservative opinion.

Okay, here are examples of diverse opinion in the comments section of the three articles that the OP listed when I pushed him for articles:

1.

Third comment in:
I see this anecdotal article as being used to malign an otherwise noble effort on the part of Sesame Street producers to shed light on a very serious national issue - HUNGER! If you would dig below the surface of political bias you would clearly understand that the intended message is not to encourage dependence upon the government for food but to illuminate the serious plight of hunger among school children andhow it can affect performance in school.

Second comment in:
You do know that December 25th is most likely not the actual birthdate of Jesus, don't you? It's a pagan winter solstice festival that the church incorporated in order to pacify the newly converted European tribes. Same with Easter - it's a spring fertility festival that has jack to do with the crucifixion of Jesus. Same with all the associated symbols - conifer trees (Jesus never saw one in his life - they're not native to the Middle East) with ornaments, stars, and lights; Easter eggs, etc., etc. Why all the worry about Christ's non-birthday? Couldn't the church come up with some original holidays of its own? And don't you have bigger things to worry about - like Judgement Day or something?

On that one you have to go down quite a ways to the second page of comments:
Seriously, you people make me sick!! You speak of Muslims like the German's spoke of Jews in the 30's..and we know how that turned out.

You win ... cnews.com is a veritable cornucopia of intelligent and diverse views. I envy those wise enough to participate in that site's comments section. If only JREF were up to that standard. Shame on the OP, myself and others who ever doubted that wasn't the case.
