Merged Due process in the US

They all knew each other.
They were all looking for work. It's not like it would be a huge revelation that that wasn't the first time that they were looking for work or that people in somewhat similar circumstances and with similar goals interact and work together. Even if those others were MS-13 gang members, that doesn't mean that everyone that they interact with, work with to get paid for their labor, or are friendly with are "bad news." It's basically like you're arguing that because someone has a terrible co-worker that they maintain pleasantries with to not provoke pointless unpleasantness, they are terrible people themselves. Sure, they could be a terrible person, too, but the argument as actually made is utter crap.

Illegal alien.

Almost got restraining order for beating his wife.

Arrested with foreign gang members.

Indicted for human trafficking and running guns.

Yeah, he's most likely an angel.

:oldroll:

@herc: Garcia is bad news? What does that phrase mean to you?
I ask because I heard it used admiringly, back in my mudsill youth.
But I assume that you mean it to imply criminality, with a high degree of certainty, almost equivalent to conviction in a court of law.
Equivalent enough to satisfy the Klan? Yeah, hell, why not.
Garcia is bad news for Herc because it exposes the regime he simps for as a national socialist one.

He is back in the USA for trial. He will get a lawyer, a trial with a judge and jury of his peers. He will be able to appeal a guilty verdict. Sounds like Due Process.

You’ve already admitted that the Trump administration illegally violated his rights now you’re claiming that his rights weren’t violated.

This cognitive dissonance seems to be a result of you still not understanding what due process is.

All spoonfed to you by an administration you have acknowledged is engaging in illegal behavior and you uncritically swallow every last bit.

I'm not sure guilt by association is really a card that Trump would be playing if he had a sliver of self awareness.

You routinely hang out at Home Depot parking lots and solicit work? Huh.

No, I made a joke about socializing in a Home Depot parking lot because a credulous rube in this thread believes that’s what Abrego Garcia was doing there.
