Merged Due process in the US

Will check it out. I've been looking for YouTube personalities to keep me updated on the Dump situation. I followed Belle of the Ranch (formerly Beau of the Fifth Column), but it's just not the same. I drop by from time to time to get an update on certain topics, and she's insightful and nuanced like Beau, but yeah, it still just isn't the same. Also, I hate to say this but I just found the community a bit tiresome in the long run, endlessly posting the same comments on every video and stubbornly insisting on taking every joke, pun, and piece of wordplay, irony, or sarcasm totally seriously. I suppose I might just being arrogant thinking that way, but I guess humor is just such a big part of me and my personality how I express myself that I just find it incredibly grating to have to restrain myself from using it (and it really can happen with any joke, like, Belle presented herself as a captain once and I said 'captain? I didn't know she was a pirate!' because Beau had a bit of a pirate theme on and off --to which someone replied, 'well, you'll have to ask her if she's a pirate, I thought she was in the air force but I could be wrong ofc').

Parkrose Permaculture is insightful but sometimes takes an eternity to get to the point, and I wonder if she intends her videos to be for people who just stumble across on their TikTok feeds her rather than regular viewers, because she'll often repeat herself even in consecutive videos (for example, she had this long backstory about her late mother who was great at working the stock market, and then she repeated the story just about word for word in the very next video).

The Enemy From Within doesn't have detailed knoweldge of things like law or politics, and fully admits as much, but has great insight into how communities work in rural America. Getting updates from him about seeing steadily fewer Drumpf flags when he's driving around redneck areas in his truck is always heartwarming.

There are the bigger ones like Meidas Touch but I find their over-edited vids and clickbait titles really off-putting.

Guess I'm in a bit of a cranky mood today. Think I'll make something to eat.
Medias touch spends too much time on the sponsorship sections as well. And their videos could be far shorter

No, it's definitely absurd. It's actually worse than "AC / DC = Anti-Christ / Devil's Child" or "KISS = Knights In Satan's Service." At least those don't have to distort symbols into letters.

I mean, really, if a cross is a letter, it's a t.
We'll just have to agree to disagree on that (definitely absurd). But note that you didn't even take the time even understand the alleged coding--it's not a letter, its a *number*--the number "1" not a letter. Which means you quickly dismissed without even considering. I think the allegation is a bit of a stretch but not a major one--*when* considered together with other tattoos he supposedly has. Even the Chicago Bulls cap accusation--while taken in isolation--seems rather ridiculous without context. But given that he has no (reported) connection to Chicago, and the allegation that other gang members choose that attire, it *could* be a gang statement. The only way to find out is get some experts (not internet sleuths) together to consider the evidence for or against.

I wear a Yankees hat, but live in North Dakota. In fact, I wear Yankees everything from head to toe. I'm just a fan of the team.

The Bulls are a popular franchise. You just kind of seem to be connecting dots that aren't necessarily connectable and, to me, it's the same exact thing the Trump admin did to deny him due process, and it's what they're doing now to continue that denial. We're all guilty of talking about court cases or killings, etc. while we don't know the entire truth, but this is a pretty big allegation with nothing more than body art to tie it together. He has absolutely no provable history of any gang activity at all, especially here.

I have a huge Latin phrase tatted across my back and if some gang adopted the phrase and I was arrested, should I be deported? Also, why is it hard to believe his family was being extorted but for some reason you have no issues believing he was a gangster? It would be extremely common for the most able bodied male to be targeted because they would be most likely to be the bread winner of the family.

Whatever though, I don't have anything further to add. People can make allegations and false connections all they want as long as the man gets back here.

If we find out Garcia IS a MS-13 member, what does that change?
Nothing.

This corrupt administration will not bring him back because there is no mechanism with which to force it. They denied Garcia his due process, and ignored court orders. The rubicon has been crossed so far back you need Google Earth to find it.

Yep, none of that says that just being a gangster is a crime. By all means, keep going though.
Well, the real point is being a member of a foreign gang makes immigration to the USA impossible. Even if you have never been charged with a crime.

Yeah, when I'm wrong I pivot to a red herring too.

There's still no evidence he was a member of a foreign gang, and actually this entire statement is provably false. It's not even worth addressing. You just made something up and expect to be taken seriously, and you're not.

His tattoos do not work in his favor.

No disagreement with that--I certainly have issues "believing" he was/is a gangster. I'm certainly not convinced, but I recognize some suspicious facts. So did a judge who found that he had ties to MS-13 based on "credible" testimony from an informant. Get him back here, that I am totally in favor of, even the stupid Trump administration initially admitted he was deported by "mistake"
My only issue was with people who supposedly are open-minded and consider evidence without bias saying he obviously doesn't have ties to a gang, I don't think the allegations are ludicrous, but maybe have a hearing on it or something, like I dunno--due process??

He still is entitled to due process. Which this administration is denying him.

And if he was a gang member, why Photoshop supposed gang tattoos onto his hands?
