Merged Due process in the US

AG Bondi said if they let him out of the prison the USA will fly him back to the USA.
But Bukele has not been told to let him out of prison.

Remember, he is only in prison because the Trump administration wants him to be in prison. He is not a criminal, and has never been charged with a crime. So it is up to the Trump administration to tell Bukele to let him go. But Trump, or his henchmen and -women are in no hurry.

If his life was in SUCH danger, why did he wait till after he was busted for illegally working in the USA, almost a decade after coming here illegally, to FINALLY seek asylum?

Something doesn't add up.

Either he was in danger and simply can't get his ◊◊◊◊ together to apply for asylum, or he was NEVER in real danger but simply decided to make it up after he was busted, to avoid getting kicked out of the USA and sent home.

Even if he was in real danger, and simply couldn't get his ◊◊◊◊ together to finally seek asylum, he still came here illegally and still worked here illegally for years. Did he pay income tax? Or was he completely cash under the table?

This all matters to me as if we should make any special extra to bring him back from his homeland, or just ask nicely and give up if they say "nope".

If he did pay taxes, was a safe and good member of the community, then yeah let's make a special effort to try to bring him back. Good people who try their best deserve such treatment.
they accused him of being a hardcore rapust drug dealing murderer criminal, got it all wrong and illegally sent him to a foreign prison to go die. if you want to talk about deserve start there

That's about as likely as rainbow-colored monkeys flying out of my ass.

Usually, when someone is being used as a punching bag, they are smart enough to flee. Apparently, you have difficulty with that concept.

Free ticket only for the outboubnd flight. Trump not flying him back in.

All this after a judge AND the Supreme Court ordered Trump to bring Kilmar home. The Trump admin says they're interpreting that order as meaning they must allow Kilmar back into the US "if he makes his way out of El Salvador," which nullifies Bukele's "smuggle him into the US" argument. The people in charge of these countries are playing dumb and perpetuating violence.
Elected officials should join MD Senator Van Hollen in his plan to fly to El Salvador and DEMAND Kilmar's release. 3/3
The problem with that is DHS, Fox, et al have already called him a gang member, compared him to Bin Laden, etc. They're gonna piss and moan and gaslight about how the Dems are trying to bring a raping, pillaging, drug smuggling, murdering brown person back into the country.

COLLINS: You said that if SCOTUS said someone needed to be returned you would abide by that. You said that on Air Force One just a few days ago

TRUMP: Why don't you just say, 'isn't it wonderful that we're keeping criminals out of our country?' That's why nobody watches you anymore.

I bet you thought you were safe, didn't you? Ha ha. Bet you thought exile was off the table here, didn't you? Think again.

Of course, it couldn't happen to you! Unless, of course, it's another mistake. Oops.

In order to deflect people from the scandals involving the deportation of people against court orders, Trump has decided to drag the tariff issue back into the spotlight...
Because nothing says, "I can't even get a small country to do what I want them to," like trying to extort the entire world economy. So much for the world's allegedly greatest dealmaker.

From: https://www.ctvnews.ca/world/trumps...ariffs-as-the-world-economy-endures-whiplash/
President Donald Trump on Monday suggested that he might temporarily exempt the auto industry from tariffs he previously imposed on the sector, to give carmakers time to adjust their supply chains.
What manufacturers want is a clear message and a clear plan and a reliable commitment.

So first it was "massive tariffs against Canada and Mexico, until they "negotiated" over better border control then he went ahead with the Tariffs. Then he stuck tariffs on the whole world using some bizarre formula before backing off to a 'baseline' tariff. Now we have auto tariffs that were "definitely on", which might be delayed (without of course giving any sort of time-line to allow companies to plan accordingly.)
In other words, Monday.

Still no idea whether tariffs will raise trillions of dollars to offset the massive tax cut to billionaires (which requires tariffs actually to be collected), or whether tariffs will shift manufacturing back to the U.S. (in which case no tariffs will be collected), or whether tariffs are just a strong-arm tactic to get other countries to agree to trade terms more favorable to the U.S (in which case neither tariff collection nor jobs creation will happen).

I have no desire to whiplash my supply chain to track the orange idiot's daily changes of heart.

Why don't you answer the ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ question, felon?

meets with bukele today, refuses to release garcia. also interested in deporting american criminals as well, states he is looking for good deals on american prisoners in other countries as well.

As I said only the other day, Trump's admin throw their hands up at the prospect of getting just one single US resident out of a "steadfast allies" prison and back into US jurisdiction. It's impossible, apparently, for Bukele to be told to find Garcia and hand him over to a US military delegation sent to retrieve him.

Meanwhile, the very same Trump chicken-◊◊◊◊ liars and cowards have no problem puffing their chests out and threatening to send the whole US Army into Panama, just down the block, to take over Panamanian territory because "we gave it to you 100 years ago, so we can take it back whenever we want".

Any wonder why global trust in the USA has hit rock-bottom...

Another judge for Trump to ignore.

A federal judge in Colorado has demanded that the Trump administration “not remove” a pair of Venezuelan men in immigration custody who say they have been wrongly “persecuted” and “characterized in the media” as members of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang — saying they must remain in the U.S. until the Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit or lower court vacates her new order protecting them, as the president continues to deport people under an 18th-century wartime authority.

U.S. District Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney handed down the directive in a Monday minute order after lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit over the weekend and emergency motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) on behalf of two anonymous men, identified as D.B.U. and R.M.M., who are being held at the Denver Detention Contract Facility in the Mile High City.

Lawyers for the ACLU say the two Venezuelans are at “imminent risk of removal” under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA), which is being used by the Trump administration to justify its mass deportations of Venezuelan men that it claims are members of Tren de Aragua (TdA) — without due process or proof, the ACLU says.

All mistakes will be retroactively found prophetically right. The files will be corrected, the lies of old removed from the books and the histories; freedom will rain from the lush brown skies, citizenship will once more belong to the deserving, the greedy poor and their pathetic fallen fruit swept away. Just wait for it. What a time that will be, when the rest of us will all forget the misery, the bad times when life was complicated and full of big words. We will learn the lyrics and hold our hands over our hearts and salute the black and white and the blue line that guards the godly.
