Merged Due process in the US

Yes I remember the pictures of such detention centers in old walmarts from the last Trump administration, They seemed to be pretty similar to the prison that we deported people to in El Salvador, with 150 people per room with 4 high bunk beds.
4 high, huh?

Really that picture of yours reminds me of all the good press the Nazis put out about how humane the concentration camps were.
Yes, cuz undocumented migrant detention centers are just like Auschwitz.

:big:

Why should I care about Salvadorian prisons?

I hear prisons in Nigeria are also crappy, as well as in Malaysia.

So what.
Because the US hasn't sent any alleged undocumented aliens to Nigerian or Malaysian prisons without a trial or even a hearing before an immigration judge, but we have sent them to a Salvadorian prison.

And I believe every one of them should have had the ability to defend themselves against the charges made against them, if they feel they were in error.

You picked the photo with no people in it as opposed to people packed in behind chain link fences, why didn't you chose a more accurate representation of the typical method of holding them? I know you want them imprisoned punished for daring to seek shelter in the US, and we need to treat them like we did the jews in 1939 who we sent back to Hitler(proud moment in American history that)

You are very correct, as "illegal" suggests a law has been broken. Hence the current use of the term "undocumented".

Illegal aliens are NEVER sent to prison or jail simply because they are here illegally. Only if they are convicted or suspected of a crime.

Guess I'll start using the term "undocumented".
The SHOULD not be sent to prison or jail simply for being here illegally.....
