Really that picture of yours reminds me of all the good press the Nazis put out about how humane the concentration camps were.
Why should I care about Salvadorian prisons? In the Salvadorian prison yes
Because the US hasn't sent any alleged undocumented aliens to Nigerian or Malaysian prisons without a trial or even a hearing before an immigration judge, but we have sent them to a Salvadorian prison. Why should I care about Salvadorian prisons?
I hear prisons in Nigeria are also crappy, as well as in Malaysia.
So what.
And I believe every one of them should have had the ability to defend themselves against the charges made against them, if they feel they were in error.Because the US hasn't sent any alleged undocumented aliens to Nigerian or Malaysian prisons without a trial or even a hearing before an immigration judge, but we have sent them to a Salvadorian prison.

I have never defended Tramp's actions. As above, and also contrary to a court order.
That kind of makes your whole point muteYes, I think so. But probable cause can be fabricated.
Hell no. Anytime the cops want to talk to you, you get your lawyer. Your rights are permanent, not situational. But isn't that only after you've been read your rights, arrested, or taken downtown?
When and where will that happen? And I believe every one of them should have had the ability to defend themselves against the charges made against them, if they feel they were in error.
except nowI have never defended Tramp's actions.
It should have happened in the USA. But it could also happen where they are. I believe the right to contest charges against you is an international one. When and where will that happen?
What you believe and what happens in reality are two entirely different things. It should have happened in the USA. But it could also happen where they are. I believe the right to contest charges against you is an international one.
Not what I've seen on Police body cam footage.Anytime the cops want to talk to you, you get your lawyer. Your rights are permanent, not situational.
You really need to learn how this stuff works. It should have happened in the USA. But it could also happen where they are. I believe the right to contest charges against you is an international one.
You picked the photo with no people in it as opposed to people packed in behind chain link fences, why didn't you chose a more accurate representation of the typical method of holding them? I know you want them imprisoned punished for daring to seek shelter in the US, and we need to treat them like we did the jews in 1939 who we sent back to Hitler(proud moment in American history that)Yes, cuz undocumented migrant detention centers are just like Auschwitz.

I mean clearly you don't care about human beings or what the goverment does to them, so I guess you wouldn't care at what hell holes we illegally ship people to.Why should I care about Salvadorian prisons?
They SHOULD get due process. With this administration, that's not happening.Yeah. So I guess those accused of being here illegally get some Due Process too.
The SHOULD not be sent to prison or jail simply for being here illegally.....You are very correct, as "illegal" suggests a law has been broken. Hence the current use of the term "undocumented".
Illegal aliens are NEVER sent to prison or jail simply because they are here illegally. Only if they are convicted or suspected of a crime.
Guess I'll start using the term "undocumented".
