Merged Due process in the US

I imagine this will get sorted out, and everyone accused of a crime or being illegal or being a gang member will have Due Process to contest the charges against them. Courts will probably force it.
The same courts that are being ignored by Trump?
What can they do, if the Trump gang just refuses to get those 'mistakes' back in the US?

Oh wait. That's exactly what they're doing.

In the courts. Most of our federal judges are reasonable people.
Have you kept missing the point that they have no jurisdiction over this and can not do anything. Or are you arguing for El Salvadoran courts not the irrelevant American ones?

Already did, why should I expect you to read it this time?
The Trump administration says many things. Most of them are not true.

I would like to hear from an actual federal judge that there is nothing that they can do.

And beyond that the state department could obviously do a lot. This story is not over.

You're right, the story is over, this guy will rot in the Mexican prison for the rest of his life there's nothing that can be done for him.

The End.
He will only have to wait for 4 more years, until a sane president can get elected and then maybe retrieved back to the US.
If he's still alive by then, that is.

See? Justice can still work! Really!

Is there any proof any of the people the US has sent to El Salvador are still alive? It would have been a cost savings to the prison if they simply murdered each person on arrival. Is anybody checking to make sure that didn't happen? Do any of them have contact with anyone outside the prison?
