That's interesting to hear you say, because at one time you spoke of the ideomotor effect as a "force" that was moving your dowsing rod. You were attempting to incorporate it into your "theories" of how dowsing worked. Of course, the ideomotor effect is not a force at all. You didn't understand it then, and you don't understand it now, but it is amusing to see that your ignorance of the ideomotor effect has taken a slightly different path. I have to applaud your efforts in finding new and different ways to be wrong.

I hope you didn't resurrect a thread that you fled eight months ago just to post this.

Can you describe in your own words what the ideomotor effect is? Note that I'm not asking for your opinion of it, just a short objective description of the mechanics of how it works.
