Deniers sue Silverstein?

thats something deniers never seem to want to answer

if the evidence is so obvious that larry ordered the building demolished, why isnt he under investigation for insurance fraud?

Actually one insurance company is going to investigate him (forgot the name), but that was a year and a half ago.

Nothing since then.

The story goes that Silverstein was informed that there was structural damage to building 7. He told them to pull it, as he said naively in a TV program. What followed was controlled demolition. That building already had bombs in it.

As you mentioned that Silverstein was Jewish, there was a rumor going around that Jews who worked in those towers were told to stay home Tuesday (Sept. 11). I've never been able to nail that down. I might try looking at whatreallyhappened.com (They hate Jews.)

Check out the movie The Protocols of Zion

http://imdb.com/title/tt0436686/

It is about modern anti-semitism, and began after the filmmaker heard the rumor about "no jews were killed on 9/11." It ends by naming all the people of Jewish heritage who were killed in the attacks. I lent my copy out to a friend so can't tell you an exact number, but feel free to rent the DVD at your local video store.

Handing in My Resignation

I feel I've been attacked by all sides. I don't wish to argue with people who call me names because they don't like people who don't like Bush. I do believe in some conspiracies. I made the unfortunate mistake of mentioning a story I was not able to verify about Israelis on a rooftop, gleeful about the WTC buildings coming down. I said I would look through whatreallyhappened.com because it is an anti-semite site and I probably could find the story there. This began insinuations on this thread that I dislike Jewish people. NO. Again -- I said whatreallyhappened.com is a site that is anti-semitic and that I probably would find the story there.

Then someone complained that I was bringing up stuff that had already been debunked. Sorry. I found this board by accident and I've never been on a 9-11 forum.

One of you gave me links where I could read more about the Israeli thing. I thank that person. I am the main contributer to a site investigating the murder of Karyn Kupcinet, an actress who died in 1963. She was the daughter of Chicago's Irv Kupcinet, a Zionist. Irv was a columnist and talk show host. A man with a lot of influence. They renamed the Wabash Avenue Bridge after him. Her parents are both dead now. It's a story I've followed for decades. If I was anti-Jewish, why would I put so much time and energy into solving her murder? I feel like I know and understand her. I hope that's the end of that dirty insinuation.

I am older than you people think I am and I have a degree in English, minor in Sociology. I excelled in my school work. So it's hard to take being called "Einstein" sarcastically. I have found these threads very hostile.

There were several firefighters who came back to their station on 9-11 because they couldn't stop the falling tower. The firefighter said in his NY accent (paraphrasing), "What could we do? It was like demolition. The building came down boom, boom, boom." Here he made hand gestures simulating how the building came down tier by tier. I am told this is not proof enough that there were bombs in those buildings. Sorry, it proves it to me. From both an expert in fires and an eyewitness.

Ground Zero was a crime scene. Guiliani made sure that the scene was cleaned up as soon as possible. That certainly hurt any investigation into how the buildings came down.

I don't think I'll be posting on these 9-11 forums anymore. You people have no tolerance for people like me who believe in our govt's complicity.

kc440, if one wants information about Israelis or Jews not showing up at 9/11, I don't think looking for that information on a websites that hate Jews, will give you any unbiased information.

I'm sorry if I misinterpreted your reason of pointing to that website, and therefor concluding you had some form of sympathy for that website. It came come across as if you advocated that site.

ETA: pointing to sites like
http://usinfo.state.gov/media/Archive/2005/Jan/14-260933.html
would have made more sence. Googled it within under 1 minute:

Results 1 - 10 of about 3,120,000 for debunk 9/11 .gov. (0.26 seconds)

Just to clarify this is not a "9-11 forum," and what we have no tolerance for are people who present "facts" without evidence. Try to check out other parts of the forum (especially the politics forum) and you may get a taste for what we're like.

The problem is that you say "it proves it to me" when the firefighters did not say that there were bombs in the buildings at all. In fact, if you would use the investigative skills that you claim to have, you would find out what those very same firefighters have said since that time. You could even call them yourself and interview them since their names are readily available. Just a week ago, an updated version of the Naudet brothers film was aired on television and the firefighter you are referring to had a lot to say about that day. And guess what, no bombs.

If this is an indication of the depth of your investigative skills and your critical thinking skills, I suspect that you will not be very successful with your research into the other matter that you have mentioned.

Ground Zero was a crime scene. Guiliani made sure that the scene was cleaned up as soon as possible. That certainly hurt any investigation into how the buildings came down.

It was also a search and rescue scene, and a mass grave. It was proper to attempt to reach any survivors and to recover any bodies and body parts as soon as practicable. Given the sheer volume of debris and the dangerous circumstances that were presented, the debris had to be moved off site. It was moved and carefully inspected by many, many professionals in various relevant fields on Staten Island.

It is not a lack of tolerance for people who believe in government complicity. Rather, there is little tolerance for people who refuse to actually look at the facts and evidence before drawing conclusions on the basis of mere "belief", particularly since so many here have done countless hours of research, all of which is ignored by people who just choose to accept as "proof" something that is clearly no "proof" at all.

I remember when they wanted to end the search and rescue at the WTC, that the firemen and police staged a mass protest.

See, the problem here is you don't like my sources and you never will. When I say something is a rumor that means it is less than a fact. And I'm trying to find the origin of it. Don't jump down my throat because I believe differently than you. Remember, I'm new here. I've never been on a 9-11 forum before.

The problem is that the writers you cite are primarily, demonstrably, fiction writers. Here's one from your man Tom Flocco. Tell me what is true in this piece of "reporting." And note what he shows as the "entry" hole of the 757.

And you want us to take you seriously?

My man Karl Schwarz!

Schwarz is the CEO of a company which designs remote control/UAVs for the U.S. Army and had a $392 million dollar Defense Department order for 32 UAVs canceled "because they would see too much over in Iraq, and because we could put in a fleet of them for what our competition was paying for a couple."

Lockheed-Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control Systems UAV used in Iraq is called the Predator, which costs $45 million for each unit, has three sensors and requires a crew of 55 individuals to operate one of them, according to Schwarz.

"Our Project Medusa has 11 high-powered sensors that can all operate simultaneously, can stay aloft at least 24 hours, has the world’s most advanced hyper-spectral system augmented by two technologies to speed up pixel analysis and detect minute anomalies in the field of view (FOV) if the operator is paying attention or not, or if his human eyes cannot even see the detail that the software detects and highlights for the operator to zoom in on," said the UAV corporate CEO.

You gotta love this guy.

If we're thinking of the same story (can't check because I forgot the name too), it was sold as that, but the reality was a little different (as usual). What happened was a shareholder submitted a resolution at the AGM of an insurance company, something like that, I think asking them to investigate it. They said they weren't going to do so, or something similar, & that was it.

Thanks for the greetin's, bro. Usually I lay kinda low around here and take in info (and I've learned quite a lot) but I remember this stupid 4,000 Jews story being debunked years ago, and was irritated to see the crap regurgitated all the same. Glad for any way I can pitch in, and my appreciation likewise for the vigilance you guys have all had in the face of all the CT silliness.

Dittos on the welcome, Matt. I'm fairly new, myself. I think that there's something of a serious moral streak in many of us, and the one item that pushes many over the edge from lurker to poster is seeing this garbage spewing forth again and again. One of our more notorious idiotic CTers actually had civil arguments from many until he indicated (either in a post or a link) that he was a believer in the zionist conspiracy. (I'm speaking of Killtown, who you may be familiar with.)

Ugh! PLEASE do just a LITTLE research before you make such statements of ignorance. No one faults ignorance here. We only fault people who make firm claims while ignorant of what they are talking about.

Firstly, Ground Zero was a federal crime scene and a federal disaster site. The local mayor does not have control.

Second, the scene was not "cleaned up". All the material was taken to a holding site where it could be processed. Before this happened, NIST (who would do the investigation into "how the buildings came down") went through GZ and labelled all of the steel they needed for their tests. This steel was removed separately and taken to a totally separate indoor holding site to insure the evidence wasn't contaminated or lost amongst the other debris.

Furthermore, as pointed out, once at the holding/sorting site a wide range of people had access to the material for their investigations.

I'm not sure what you expected? The entire lower half of manhattan to be sealed off while the FBI finger-printed every single piece of debris? Please.

Disaster or not, New York is a major city, and needs to be up and running. Therefore the material cannot be sorted right there on the streets of Manhattan. It has to be taken else where. In addition, it was hoped (at least for a while) that survivors would be found in the rubble. Should these potential survivors just lie in the ruins, trapped, for day after day while the FBI painstakingly swabbed each chunk of steel for DNA?

Sould the fires underground have been left burning for months and months while the investigators looked for forensic evidence that simply did not exist?

No.

Of course not.
