my bad i should have said nearly symmetric.
it still did not really collapse to the damaged side.

Actually, as pointed out earlier, quite a bit of it fell to the South.

Of course, its HIGHLY unlikely that a large steel framed skyscraper will fall any way but straight down.

That is UNLESS you get it moving to the side by carefully placed CD charges.

In this picture the fallen remains of WTC 7 includes the mass of parallel brown pieces of steel draped over what's left of WTC 6.

The black crane, in the top left, sticking up at ~ 45 degree angle is removing pieces of WTC 7.

WTC 6 is between the remains of WTC 7 (top of picture) and has the remains of the north side of WTC 1 leaning against it (center of picture).

I would say that they east penthouse collapsing and the rest of the building taking over 8 seconds to catch up is very asymmetrical. Even when the rest of the building starts to collapse, the remaining roof structures are still collapsing faster than the facade. Still asymmetrical.

It looks different NOT because of the perspective, but because this picture is CLEARLY taken days later and after the part of WTC 7 that is laying ON TOP of WTC 6 has been removed.

no, look at the picture closely, the parts are NOT on top of 6.
do you have other pictures that would show that?

Okay, now how do you determine whether or not a fire is evenly spread? What criteria do you use where you say this fire is evenly spread but that fire is unevenly spread? I trust you have something approaching definable criteria which lets you make this distinction so that you can explain those criteria to everyone else.

How do you tell when a fire has crossed from the point of being evenly spread to unevenly spread?

Also, of what consequence is the symmetry of the fire? What is the basis for your belief that an asymmetric fire must always result in a asymmetric collapse? Something more than just your gut feeling I hope?

you know pretty well what is ment.

but you do like for CD experts it does not mather which column they demolish, also the time when the do it is not important.
it will result in a straight down collapse.
