D.C. Madam -suicide -is this a CT salt lick or not?

Regarding conspiracy theories in general, there's no mystery - conspiracy theories arise from evidence. If there is no evidence contradicting the explanation that has been propagated, then there is no conspiracy theory.

I don't think you are entirely right here. While it is true that Conspiracy Theories CAN arise from some evidence, I can see a CT easily arising without any.

I think that a CT usually dies pretty quickly if there is no "evidence" at all, but you would be amazed how little evidence, and of what little quality, it takes to keep a CT going...kind of like the 9/11 CTs.

Or a misinterpretation of existing evidence by those arrogantly ignorant of the field...

She was recorded on the Alex Jones show stating that she would never kill herself. She also stated that if it looked like she killed herself she was murdered. She did fear for her life, and she talked to the manager of her mothers trailer park the day of her supposed suicide. She didn't seem suicidal at all when he talked to her, so he said.

I think she was killed because she had nothing to lose if she was going to prison, she could reveal all that she knew about who used her services. Or maybe she knew something else, who knows.

All I know is that she didn't kill herself. It's not hard to make someone do something like appear to kill themselves. Especially if you threaten family members lives if they don't go along.

Turns out that I *do* know that caller to Randi Rhodes' show; the call screener got her name as "Tara Lee" who is another person out in the SF sexwork rights scene - a very minor player - but the person really was Carol Leigh whom I know real well. (My wife insisted it sounded like her, but I have a tin ear.) BTW, go read her book "Unrepentant Whore."

She also promised her clients discretion and anonymity. How did she hold up on that?

And he has been a mental health professional for how long?

I think she was killed because she had nothing to lose if she was going to prison, she could reveal all that she knew about who used her services. Or maybe she knew something else, who knows.

Her records were already taken. ABC News said there was no one of real interest there.

All I know is that she didn't kill herself.

Unless you were there when it happened or you happen to be a world class forensic scientist, no, you don't.

It's not hard to make someone do something like appear to kill themselves.

Strange how people who actually investigate murders for a living disagree with you.

Especially if you threaten family members lives if they don't go along.

So, in other words, leave more witnesses. If I were you, I wouldn't mail in that application to the Legion of Evil just yet.

In fact, the truly suicidal almost never do. If there's anything resembling a cry for help in there then yes. But those who have absolutely made up their minds to kill themselves don't want to display a bunch of warning signs.

It's the sort of thing which leads to friends and family trying to stop it.

So you think it's suicide because the police said so? I wouldn't trust what the police say in cases like this, especially a case like this. The overwhelming evidences suggests that it was murder. Considering her position, the information she had, she was even involved in some government information gathering through her company, and the fact that she said she was going to name people she hadn't before if she was found guilty... It all suggests that certain people didn't want that information to get out.

You have the fact that she said she was being followed, and that there might be a hit out for her, two days before her death. The fact that she said on tape several times that she would never kill herself if found guilty. The fact that her personality was that of a strong woman, who said that she was made of better stuff when one of her girls killed herself.

That doesn't sound like a suicidal woman to me, sorry, I just cannot agree that it was suicide.

Not unless they want a lot of attention after their deaths.

What was this "information" she supposedly had?

Not necessarily. I'm only pointing out that it's not clear-cut, especially to us.

What "overwhelming evidence"? The only thing that I've seen that could hint at possible foul play is her statement that, if she turns up dead, it wouldn't be suicide. That's certainly not enough for any rational person to build a conclusion on.

And neither is this:

Considering her position, the information she had, she was even involved in some government information gathering through her company, and the fact that she said she was going to name people she hadn't before if she was found guilty... It all suggests that certain people didn't want that information to get out.

That's great. I'm still inclined to believe it was suicide based on the evidence available to us (which, I should remind you, is likely far less than what is available to the authorities). You, based on the same amount of evidence and apparent love of political intrigue, have concluded that it is not suicide.

She was recorded on the Alex Jones show stating that she would never kill herself.....

Does anyone have a specific link where Palfrey actually says she would "never" kill herself? If it is somewhere in this thread, please direct me to it.

I know that this may look like my quibbling over a minor point, but I have seen references to her saying "never" but have not found the video/s.

I became a little more skeptical when I decided to search it on InfoWars, but found these descriptions of her using the term "never" instead:

InfoWars said:
The new testimony is backed up by at least four other recorded public statements on behalf of Palfrey attesting to the fact that she would never commit suicide and if she was found dead to immediately suspect murder.

"No I’m not planning to commit suicide," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show on her last appearance in March, "I’m planning on going into court and defending myself vigorously and exposing the government," she said.
"Not to be concerned, I have no intention of letting anyone buy me off or make any kind of a deal with me….and I’m not planning to commit suicide either," said Palfrey on a separate occasion.

Alex Jones also talked directly to Palfrey during show breaks and she re-stated her intention never to commit suicide and made it clear that if she was found dead to consider it murder. GCN Live radio board operators are also witnesses to these statements....

....During a May 2007 interview with Carol Joynt, host of the Q&A Cafe interview series, during a discussion about the alleged suicide of Palfrey’s former call girl Brandy Britton, Palfrey stated, "I don’t want to be like her. I don’t want to end up like her."

Palfrey is on record as warning that any "suicide" would just be a cover-story for murder as far back as 1991.

"If taken into custody, my physical safety and most probably my very life would be jeopardized," she wrote in August 1991 following an attempt to bring her to trial, "Rape, beating, maiming, disfigurement and more than likely murder disguised in the form of just another jailhouse accident or suicide would await me," said Palfrey in a handwritten letter to the judge accusing the San Diego police vice squad of having a vendetta against her.

The article immediately follows with this:

InfoWars said:
Despite these four separate examples of Palfrey stating - on the record - that she would not commit suicide - the corporate media, within hours of the announcement of her death, immediately afforded credence to the claim of a "friend," investigative journalist Dan Moldea, who said Palfrey had told him of her intention to commit suicide.

She says she has no intentions of suicide, she doesn't wish to end up like Britton, and in the 1991 interview (16-17 years old), she discusses that her possible death may come at the hands of others, but she still is not quoted as saying she would never commit suicide. The only time "never" was allegedly used was in the conversation during a break in the show. I don't read in this article that she ever said never "on the record", but just in case I have overlooked it somewhere, I would appreciate being directed towards it.

The overwhelming evidences suggests that it was murder.

Unless you work in the media, police department or she sent you a manilla envelope asking it only be opened in the event of her death, I REALLY think you need to look up the word "overwhelming."

9/11 Conspiracy Connection To DC Madam Murder

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Monday, May 5, 2008

Former NSA analyst and Navy intelligence officer Wayne Madsen tells the The Alex Jones Show that one of the key motives behind the DC Madam’s murder may have been the information her call girls picked up from Washington’s top brass concerning foreknowledge and government complicity in the 9/11 attacks....

Smoking Gun has the suicide notes... the HANDWRITTEN suicide notes.

Of course they COULD have been forged, but that handwriting sure seems pretty distinctive.

...9/11 Conspiracy Connection To DC Madam Murder....

I saw that too today. The biggest best kept secret in the world and it turns out that some D.C. hookers had the lowdown all along. Wonder why the girls who gathered the info haven't been silenced?

Anyway, it's great copy - connecting a current CT with a huge old one. I bet those ladies know all about the fake moon landing too.

I agree completely. When was the last time any of us announced to the world that we weren't going to commit suicide? Rational, happy people generally don't raise the subject of suicide. The simple fact that she's talking about the subject means that it's on her mind, and possibly contemplating it.

Not unless they want a lot of attention after their deaths.

Another reason might be that she didn't want people to think she wasn't strong enough to handle the pressure.

She mentioned it because people said her life was in danger. You honestly think that she said that over several months because if she was found guilty she was going to kill herself? You know how ridiculous that sounds? How many people honestly say things like that and then go kill themselves, and it isn't some coverup?

I just can't honestly believe that a woman who seemed strong and who said she would never kill herself would do exactly that, and especially before she was sentenced, and before she had a chance to name further names, which she said she was going to do if found guilty.
