Oh, here's an aerial of the copse and surrounding fields, to help you get your bearings. I believe (although SC can probably have to confirm whether I'm correct) that the 1998 cc was in the field north-west of the copse. And that line running east-west above the field? That's the road between Alton Barnes and Wilcot, so it's not as remote a location as you might think.
