Today, some of that korean page appears to have been updated, as it is not what I recall reading there months ago.

That it's been updated since February 13th is not surprising. Lopinavir/ritonavir were also found to be ineffective with regards to COVID-19, for that matter. Is it really that hard to accept that even if HCQ was one of the more promising potential treatments initially, it does not seem to have panned out given the current evidence available?

I saw something similar a while ago, that masks can foil the facial recognition systems that the government uses to track everyone.
