Continuation Part Nine: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

Man,
I just luv pokin' holes in pro-guilter theories!

I was just diggin' around again,
ya know, lookin' for something I have read or posted about before and found this tidbit.
Classic.

It's for all you guilters who believe that Rudy Guede,
along with Raffaele Sollecito, whom he had never met,
and Miss Amanda Marie Knox,
raped and murdered Miss Meredith KERCHER.

Have a read if ya like:
http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=9719892#post9719892

You pro guilt folks have heard of Alessandra Formica before, right?
I've mentioned her name many a time, here on the JREF and elsewhere.

She saw a black man running up the stairs who bumped into her date,
as they walked down the stairs to her car. It happened around 10:30pm.
The black man seemingly did not wannaa be seen,
I've heard he didn't even apologize for bumping into Alessandra's date,
IIRC...

Most think this is Rudy Guede,
right?

Why is Rudy running away from the crime scene if Miss Kercher is not even murdered yet for another hour? What, did he already orgasim and so then split the scene?

According to Nara C.
she heard a horrible scream about 2 hours after she went to sleep,
making this about 11:30 pm.

Why did Alessandra see Rudy running away an hour before Meredith was killed,
running up the stairway as she went down to retrieve her car with her date?
To get some condoms?

Come on pro-guilters,
give me a decent timeline and make all of the prosecutions "Super Witnesses" work out, please!

Actually, I don't think they saw Rudy running away from the cottage after the murder. That contradicts with the cell phone ping on the distant Wind tower and where the phones were dumped. I've always believed that he took the way out that he wouldn't be seen which was down through the valley and then back up through the Parco San Angelo. But we'll never know for sure.

Where was RUDY GUEDE at 10:35pm?

Hiya ACbyTesla!
Howz it?!?

Pretend we are pro-guilters, ok?
So if Guede was partying with AK and RS, ya know, pissing Meredith off,
where was he running to as he climbed the stairways when Alessandra Formica saw him?
Was Rudy Guede out+about tryin' to buy some condoms on a holiday evening??
Err, ah, didn't Amanda have some in her toiletry bag, from where IIRC,
Meredith had borrowed a few before, I guess when she dated Giacomo?
Or was Guede-o goin' out to fetch some beer, some wine, some whiskey?

Rudy Guede was going somewhere, fast, 1 hour before Meredith Kercher was killed, ok?
Where? Maybe to shoot some hoops at the basketball court?

"Toto",
picture.php

high on heroin that night,
claims in court that he saw Raff and Amanda all evening outside,
hangin' around from 9:27 to midnight, right?
I've read his testimony.

Yet when talking to Perugia Shock,
in April of 2008, many, many months before The Trial started,
1 of which he is a "Super Witness" for the 3rd (!) time,,
http://web.archive.org/web/20101015182717/http://perugia-shock.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
he claims that he did not see them.
Weird...

Where was Rudy Gude all night?
There are not that many black dudes in Italy, right?
The guy woulda been hard to miss hangin' around outside, right?

Did Antonio "Toto" Curatolo simply miss Rudy Guede
hangin' around outside, right adjacent to him on the basketball courts,
because he was too high on heroin?

Like when he confused the buses picking up the Halloween party-iers
with the next night, the night when Miss Kercher was raped and stabbed to her death?

My biological Dad did heroin for many, many years and died from it back in 2004. No offense, BUT WTF do you folks personally know about heroin? What you read on Wiki or some random website? Pffft. Don't believe me? Sorry, I feel no need to dig up and share his death certificate with you who disbelieve. I've partied a lot in my life, though not nearly like some of the many people I've met at the beach or thru friends, BUT I will never touch H. It's 1 of many reasons I will never take my biological Dad's last name, since age 6 to age 52, nowadays...

What was Meredith doing all evening after arriving home from hangin' out at Robyn's
while Amanda and Raff hung outside all evenin' starin' at the cottage, this per high on heroin "Toto"?
As Rudy ran away up the stairs at 10:30pm?

Studying?
Listening to music?
Skyping her old boyfriend Patrick Cronin?
Texting her new guy Giacomo Silinzoi?
Talkin' to her sick Mom?
Drinkin' wine alone?

Hmmmm,
I gotta wonder as I sip a cold cocktail
and recollect my many thoughts and theories
of the tragic night that Miss Kercher lost her young life...

Peace,
better yet,
Much Happiness,
to ya all,
RW

PS-For all you regulars,
here's a neat sidebit:
I finally got to meet my youngest sister!
Born to a different Mom than mine,
I'd heard of her for many years,
but I'd never met her until my heroin usin' biological Dad's death.

We are good friends nowadays,
and if you knew me, well all my sisters are hot,
you'll recall another 1 of my cute sisters in a MTV music vid,
kinda like Meredith Kercher did, which I've shared the link here before.
Anyways, my lil' sis, who nowadays, at 28, is a Mom, + is lookin' better than ever and she's too cool!
Here'a link to some cute pix of some older pix I shot of her posted in my gallery, enjoy boyz!:
http://www.lasurfpix.exposuremanager.com/g/my_lil_sister_ashley

PSS-Look at this pic of my lil' sister Ashley,
which I shoot very over-exposed on the beach at mid-day in very bright sun, with a flash.
Though over-exposed, it's kinda cool still, I like it, Ashley is rad!!!
http://www.lasurfpix.exposuremanager.com/p/my_lil_sister_ashley/ashley-05942

Surely you will still note that my sisters hair is black.
Miss Meredith Kercher's hair would not,
I'll repeat would not, have been so much lighter as the blonde colored hair strand found in her upraised,
dying left hands grasp as that pic I've shared before.
Here it is again:

Do you folks know how many fibers from different materials I've pulled out to check this out?
And hair strands too? That ain't no fiber in Meredith's dying grasp.
Do some tests yourself!

Do I really need to post a buncha pix of fibers and hair strands, some even over exposed,
to prove my point that it was a blonde hair strand that Miss Kercher was found clutching in her dying hand?
Another 1 was found upon examination of her vagina. Weird how they were BOTH lost.
And yet you don't believe me they were blonde hairs...

No. . . .The thing is that I want to shake the jurors and ask, "Don't you understand reasonable doubt?"

I want to go further than that. I want to smack them upside the head and say "MACFLY" ..... "THINK" "THINK!!!"

Cases where the case where the prosecution seems to present a strong cause but are wrong, at least I understand.
The case in Idaho seemed to be a strong case (although I distrust eye witness testimony) of guilt for example. Only when investing the exact circumstances does it fall apart and a juror will likely not have access to that.

Curatolo's memory

Why Vibio, does Kaosium need to reply when I provided the information you asked for? Again it is in his testimony.

Here it is again.

Curatolo’s question and answer session with the court’s second Judge Massimo Zanetti went as follows:

Judge: So, you saw Amanda and Raffaele?
Curatolo: Yeah, it was Halloween when I saw them. I know this because I saw the kids getting on the disco buses all dressed up in costumes. That’s how I also know what time it was.
Judge: When is Halloween?
Curatolo: I don’t know. Maybe end of October or beginning of November, I think.
Judge: You aren’t sure? What about your case now? You are in prison, correct? How long will you be there?
Curatolo: I don’t know. I don’t understand the case against me really. I understand nothing.
Judge: Ok, so how did you live in the park? Were you always there?
Curatolo: Always, yes. I never left. I just lived there. On a bench mostly.
Judge: What about when you had to go to the restroom?
Curatolo: I went to the bathroom in the wooded area down the hill.
Judge: So you weren’t there all the time then?
Curatolo: What do you mean?
Judge: Never mind. So, are you certain the buses were disco buses and not tour buses? Curatolo: Yes, definitely disco buses. They look different from other buses. Prosecution: No, no, you must be mistaken?Curatolo: No. I am certain they were disco buses.
Judge: Do you take drugs?
Curatolo: Yes, heroin.
Judge: Were you taking drugs on that night?
Curatolo: I always take drugs, so most certainly I was high that night…but that’s ok. Heroin does not make you hallucinate or anything.

Judge: Guards, take him away. I am done.
.
It sounds to me that Curatolo could not even remember the script that the prosecution gave him.

Looking at the pro guilt side, it looks like they cannot even contemplate that AK/RS can be not guilty. They may deny it but when you read their statements, it sure seems like that is their way of operation.

I have tried to examine these thinks from a pro guilt side and keep running into problems.

Thoughts?

This is directed toward those who believe he was present at/involved in the murder.

What is the evidence against him, exactly?

My understanding is that the bra clasp is it. The clasp that was left in an unsecured room for weeks, was visibly changed (dirtier) between first sighting and eventual collection, was the site of multiple male DNA providers, and has now been destroyed. We're told that we can know beyond reasonable doubt that no matter how the other DNA got there, his must have been deposited during the murder and at no other time.

The other allegation I've seen is that the smeared blood/water footprint on the bathmat can be definitively assigned to him. This, in spite of the fact that it's a blurred shape . . . we're told that we can know beyond reasonable doubt that it was left by his foot.

It's also been said that he was unable to give a definitive account of what happened during the evening of Nov 5th under questioning. Others (the English women) were also unable to give a definitive account of what they did during that evening. And we're told that beyond reasonable doubt this means that he was lying.

I really want to know, what else is there? Because even by the osmotic reasoning of the court, this doesn't seem like near enough to convict a man with no motive and no criminal history.

What am I missing? Is this really the whole case against him?

Clasp, footprint, unstable memory of Nov 5th . . . these add up to murder?
Since their alibi is scientifically incontestable the simplest way is to rephrase Ted Simon
There is very little evidence, and what evidence there is, is unreliable.

There is very little evidence, and what evidence there is, is planted.

Arrogance, fear of letting guilty people go. Not wanting to believe in the imperfection of institutions. Fear of anarchy.

I really don't get it. Nothing about these two fit profiles of killers. They are about as scary as a couple of teddy bears. Nobody who actually knows either are the slightest bit afraid of them.

Yet they have turned both of them into demon seeds. Deeply troubled, sociopathic evil freaks. They have turned Amanda into a sex crazed coke head with no self control. They turned Raffaele in to a weak pathetic nerd that would do anything for sex and Amanda.

How do they make this up in their heads? Do they really believe this nonsense?? I can't see how.

Where did you get this Michael? I've wanted this forever.

Someone made it entering all the data from the phone records then matched the numbers to names from the transcripts and Massei.

The red unidentified is probably Curt Knox and two of the colours would be Laura and Juve but there's no way to tell which ones.

I hate that I can't export it into Excel, that way I could sort it by phone number then date. Unless you have a .pdf writer it is impossible to do. Adobe did that deliberately.
I think I'm going to see if there is a free one on the net somewhere and import it and then export that file to Excel.

It would be nice to figure out which phone numbers that don't have names associated with them. 90% or the calls are actually inbound and outbound texts. There doesn't seem like a lot of calls back home. But I'm assuming Amanda used Skype and email to keep in touch.

2. I have also calculated Rudy could grasp the rough roof tiles while standing on the planter to pull open the right shutter as looking from outside, The Hendry idea of holding the building corner is dangerous to impossible.

Who is this Hendry poser? I had posted within these threads the calculated distance from the the corner of the wall to the center of the shutters and demonstrated for myself by marking the distance on a similar wall and making the reach that this was indeed doable and quite easy and this was all long before the name Hendry is mentioned.

4. This is what you seem to know,
I had never heard of inward opening glass, but windows are for light by design. In this set up it must be possible to exclude weather while allowing light. I must presume it is possible to lock the glass closed but have the internal shutter open, and that Filomena after pulling closed the exterior shutters locked the glass and then pushed the interior shutters closed.

I have just reread your post confirming the obvious point about the ability to lock glass only, since typing this, but am interested in the overall subject as I see it the best simple proof of non involvement to promote to public, and Ergon's complacency should be demolished.

The staging was perfect. It is indistinguishable from the real thing. The way the glass was distributed into the room as though propelled by the massive rock. Just the right amount of dammage to the windows. And even the smallest detail wasn't overlooked such as the little trace of plaster on the inner sill like the latch had been recently stressed but not broken. What I don't understand is where they found the time to do all this. If only the guilters would show a timeline for their theory of this crime it would really help out.

Heroin use in Italy is very high. Probably less now than in the past... but it's always been popular.

I live not far a methadone clinic. Lots of familiar faces come and go.

The guy in the apartment next to me (and this a "good" building) has been in and out of rehab. I suspect it's for heroin. He's well to do, always perfectly dressed and groomed.

I have a casual friend who uses heroin, and he has for years. He's a construction worker.

There are people who are addicts, but not junkies as we would imagine junkies to be. People can and do live with their habit. The habit takes it's toll. But lots of people function normally and are in control of their use of the drug.

I work in addictions and definitely agree that some people can keep up a reasonable facade of normality and respectability, even when using large amounts of drugs. However, this is usually because they have money and very good social and family support - and often because they are still reasonably young. However, even in the most respectable looking people, there is usually huge amounts of chaos if you scratch beneath the surface of their lives.

However, Curatolo didn't have money and didn't have any social support - and was in his 50s and was definitely not someone who was still managing to live a productive and in any way reliable life. Twice a day he would have started to feel withdrawal symptoms kicking in and then there would have been the scramble and chaos of finding more heroin. He would unlikely still be smoking heroin as this just wouldn't be affordable and injecting takes a huge toll on your body. As a long term injector of heroin, he would likely have vein and nerve damage, possibly be Hep C +ve, possibly had bacterial endocarditis, likely suffered from blood clots and pulmonary emboli - usually by someone's 50s, their body is not in a good way, which would likely explain why he died shortly afterwards at such a young age.

It's also rare that people using heroin will only use heroin - this might be possible if you have enough money to always have a large supply of heroin. However, if living on the street there was likely days he couldn't get enough of what he needed and instead would drink heavily, use cannabis, benzodiazepines - whatever he could get his hands on to stop the withdrawals from getting too bad.

Even saying all this, being a heroin addict in itself does not make you an unreliable witness. If he had reported to the police the day after the murder that he had seen two young people in the square, accurately described them and then picked them out of a line-up, his testimony would likely be believable. Instead you have him coming forward a year later, which would have been after seeing pictures of Amanda/Raffaele in the papers daily - and claiming super human feats of memory, even though he would have seen them in the dark, had never met either of them, had no reason to preseve this memory and was obviously even confused about the date when questioned. He would also be likely to tell the journalist, prosecution whatever they wanted to hear, if they gave him enough money to get his next heroin

Nancy, I read in articles before that long term users almost always have issues with night blindness but I' just looked for articles again and can no longer find them What do you know about that?

They always wean people off of heroin. It is actually dangerous to go through withdrawals so they try to bring addicts off it slowly replacing heroin with a milder drug and then lessening the doses of that. That does mitigate the withdrawal.

You can just stop heroin, it's not as life threatening as stopping alcohol - however, it's incredibly unpleasant and can cause huge psychological distress and unpleasant physical symptoms.

If just stopping heroin you will usually give large doses of benzodiazepines, usually up to 80mg a day. It's usually easier to convert them to the most appropriate dose of methadone and then reduce that, whilst giving them lofexidine, which is an alpha blocker and stops many of the worst withdrawal symptoms - and then give them lots of medication to relieve the worst of their symptoms. The other alternative is to switch to buprenorphine and then reduce this as it is often easier to reduce. This can usually be done within between 1 to 2 weeks.

Heroin causes pinpoint pupils, which causes poor night vision as your eye can't dilate to let in light, which is important for seeing well at night

I'm glad of this as Ergon answered me a few hours ago this way.

what's the distance from the concrete planter to the window? I know, clearly you do not. It's impossible to swing across the way you describe.

Are you suggesting holding the wall corner or the roof tiles as I suggest? The wall corner risks a three metre plummet at a bad angle unless my imagination is wrong.
