Continuation Part Nine: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

As a game, let us pretend that Amanda and Raffaele have no alibi, you still have this little problem of no evidence of them having committed the crime.

You have a knife a knife that does not fit the murder and bra clasp that was handled by dirty gloves. Basically, nothing.

Then on the other hand you have Rudy Guede with ample evidence at the crime scene including bloody hand prints and immediately fleeing the country ignoring DNA results. Do not even have any real connection between Amanda and Raffaele with him.

The math is real simple if you are willing to follow it. :boggled:

Some people have trouble with math DF, so they take P.E. and Home ec. instead.

Can you imagine DF if the Italian Supreme court ruled against Amanda and acquitted Raffaele. Now that would be bizarre wouldn't it?

Things you have to believe

If you think RS is guilty:

1. Only his DNA on the bra clasp (and not that of the 2-4 other guys' DNA that was also there) means he was present during the murder.
2. It's credible that a man with no history of violence whatsoever would help murder a woman he barely knew for no reason at all.
3. It's credible that a man would spend four years in prison without implicating his girlfriend of 8 days, even when all he would have to do is say in court that he could not be absolutely certain that she never left his flat on one particular evening.
4. It's easy for any adult to reconstruct an accurate hour-by-hour accounting of a random evening five days ago.
5. Marijuana leads to murder.
6. It's not necessary to follow standard protocol for evidence collection.
7. It's not necessary to follow standard protocol for processing of evidence.
8. A blood/water footprint on a fluffy bathmat is just as reliable as a fingerprint when it comes to being sure who it belongs to.
9. Analysis of LCN DNA doesn't require any special lab certifications.
10. It's possible to take part in a violent and bloody murder with two other people in such a way that you leave no fingerprints, footprints, hair, or DNA behind but one (and only one) of your fellow killers leaves all of the above.
11. It makes sense to continue to proclaim your innocence and that of your girlfriend of 8 days even when a radically crazy justice system is about to jail you for another couple of decades.
12. Pigs can fly.

Okay, not that last one. Sorry.

Are you sure? It's as about as likely as these two being involved.

If the 2 hairs found on Meredith Kercher

were not blonde, but afro-textured hair,
would you folks think differently about them?

Just wondering,
because 1 was found upon an examination of Miss Kercher's genitalia
and the other 1 in her dying hands grasp.

How would these afro-textured hairs get there?
Consensual oral sex from Rudy to Meredith?
Didn't Rudy mention having oral with Meredith in his Skype call?
Or were these hairs found because Meredith tried to fight back, to point at least to 1 of her attackers?

Wait a sec, it appears that they are blonde hair.
Who do they belong to?
Amanda or Raffaele?
Or someone else?

From reading Barbie Nadeau's book Angel Face, on page 162,
I know that hair samples were taken from Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito
on November 6th, when they were arrested. Their hair samples were tested for drugs and only the slightest trace of narcotics found - not even enough to identify the substance.

Surely Amanda and Raffaele's hair samples were compared to the blonde hair found in Meredith's genital area that was collected and bagged, and compared to that blonde hair found and seen in her up-raised hand, right?

For some reason I don't think either of the blonde hairs found on Meredith matched Raffaele or Amanda. The 1 we've seen in her grasp sure looks blonde, heck even Dr. Patrizia Stefanoni, who directed their collection, done so before Raff and Amanda were even suspects, calls them blonde.

I can not believe that these 2 blonde hairs were lost.
Who do they belong to?

There is a guy, a Super Witness, they called him,
who when called to testify in court against Raffaele Sollecito and Amanda Marie Knox,
did so dressed in a hoodie, wearing a baseball cap, and dark sunglasses.
A very strange outfit to wear to a court of law, its bothered me for awhile.
I posted a photo of him in my avatar...

His name is Hekuran Kokomani, he's Albanian, age 33 back in 2007.

Barbie Nadeau wrote in her book Angel Face that he is believed to be a drug informant for the local police, and she also wrote that he did odd jobs around Perugia and is rumored to be a police informer. Twice Nadeau mentions Kokomani mighta been working for the cops. I've heard that his cell phone pinged in the area of Miss Kercher's cottage the night she died. I seem to recall reading on Perugia Shock that Kokomani and Rudy Guede worked together at some point in time in a restaurant. Kokomani apparently was busted for cocaine possession just weeks before he appeared as a witness against Raff and Amanda. This kinda reminds me of another Super Witness, Antonio Curatolo, drug problems.

What was Kokomani hiding from when he showed up in court dressed like my avatar shows? What color is his hair?

Digging around tonight,
I noticed a photograph of what appears to be Meredith Kercher's laptop.
It is open slighty about an inch or so.

Link to pics, see #11,12+13,
err, from the last 2 photos in the 2nd row::
http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/PhotoGallery4.html

When I leave home to hang out with friends,
I generally put my laptop in hibernation mode or just turn it off and close the top all the way. Don't you?
The only time I leave it open a bit is when I am doing something else for a little while and do not want it to turn off by closing the lid, but still wanna kinda protect it from any mis-hap damage while it's on.

Amanda's laptop and Laura's laptop are both seen closed in their bedroom photos.
http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/PhotoGallery3.html

Did Meredith come home and turn her laptop on?
If so, might this have helped narrow down the time of attack if she turned it on?
Was this partially open laptop seen in Meredith's bedroom also fried by ILE investigators?

Another interesting tidbit I just read about again in Angel Face was that there was a trace of Rudy Guede's DNA mixed with Meredith's blood on the zipper of her handbag, but only her fingerprints were on her wallet, not Guede's. Nadeau speculates Meredith took her 300 Euro rent money out of her wallet herself and gave it to poor Rudy.

I would argue that it is not out of the question. . . .They may very well want to hang this case on an American.

I've pointed that out before but not my interpretation of what it means.

Mac's are quick to sleep and wake so unless the machine is doing something you would just close the lid and let it sleep when you were not using it.

The most common "something" that one would do with a computer that you didn't want to put to sleep is play music. If you want to minimize the distraction of the screen saver at the same time you would close the lid most of the way.

The alternative if you want to speculate in the "what if" department is if someone were recording a video diary with the built in iSight camera and got distracted by say a noise that they wanted to check out but didn't want to pause the recording they might pull the lid down most of the way. If subsequently the laptop got unplugged and was running on batteries it would be forced to sleep when the batteries were almost depleted. Then when ILE collects the laptop, rather than waking it up to properly shut down which can alter files they just pull the battery. This sequence results in the video file never being properly closed so while the data is recorded on the disk, the allocation is never recorded in the file system so it is effectively lost except to specialized recovery techniques.

The process used to clone the hard drives does not copy the unallocated file space so no subsequent analysis by either prosecution or defense would be able to detect that data. But the video recording with a partial view of Meredith's floor where she was murdered and the full audio in sterio would still be there today on the original drive.

I'd be beyond shocked if that actually happened. But is would make as much sense as everything else that has happened in this case.

I don't think we should think that this case is about rationality.
As such, it would not surprise me.

I'm starting to think this is exactly what will happen followed by somehow dropping the ball on extradition. The Italians declare victory and hope the issue goes away.

I do suspect that the powers that be just want this case to go away.
If they were to get Amanda extradited, it would hang over their head for decades.
Either once freed, she would continue to complain or she would do something drastic (as she suggests in here book) and that would also be political football for Italy.

The mistake is to see beyond the visual clues.
The first thing to examine are the photographs of Filomena's room.
It is important to discount the arrangement of the clothing as a clue to who killed Meredith.
It is impossible to imagine the natural state of anybody's bedroom, by definition they vary from the commercial requirement of an hotel room.
I have repeatedly suggested that a staging is impossible, simply because the damage to the shutter was simultaneous with the deep embedment of the glass shard. I have re examined Hendry, and conclude that he can not be correct in proposing that the internal shutter was ajar to the window pane. It is certain that the simultaneous divot to the frame, and the thrust necessary to drive the glass fragment securely to the lower left shutter location occurred when the pane and the shutter were in parallel planes.
If this can be agreed upon forensically, then there are two possible scenarios.
1. The rock was thrown from the exterior, with the interior shutter having complete mobility, and accordingly constraining the damage to the frame, and not impacting the panel. Remember this is a huge stone.
2. The rock was thrown from the interior.
In this scenario, the velocity requires the projectile to embed this shard at nearly 28 miles per hour. Furthermore, to have the pane and shutter occupy the required parallel planes to allow the embedment of the fragment, they must be perpendicular to the exterior alignment, and thus against the clothe cabinet.
This would guarantee damage to the panel alongside the frame, damage which would be precluded only by a free swinging of the frame on it's hinges as the rock struck. I have spent many hours theorising on the deep and secure embedment of the shard, remote and at a location where the shutter should theoretically be moving faster than the glass. The answer is necessarily understood by considering the added velocity from the spring effect. In other words, if one were to apply steady low velocity pressure to a pane till it breaks, there is explosive added velocity to some shards.
The divot and embedded shard were certainly part of one action.
As a critical thinking project, we should discuss the possibility that this could be achieved by means of the Massei construct, an internal action.
If this is not possible to substantiate, the case should fast forward to the mass media as important new evidence.

You have an impossibility to deal with then. The problem is that the left inner shutter (as viewed from inside) and the main window share a common latch. We presume that the main latch is closed, otherwise nothing stops the wind from opening the window. There is no damage to the inner shutter in the area of the latch indicating that the inner shutter was not behind it's latch when the rock struck.

The inner shutter was likely closed as far as it would without releasing the main latch to place the shutte behind its latch.

What was the "Drastic" thing she suggested in her book?
Anyway, one way or another this case will eventually become an ECHR decision that Italy will have to deal with.
It is possible that the current powers in Italy will think that the current group of inbreds will all be retired or dead before the ECHR brings their memories to justice.

Answered you via primate message

Otherwise, that is something I am wonder. Maybe they are hoping for enough judicial / police turnover that they can make the issue just disappear.

Neverending trials-Can Kercher heirs inherit the case against the AK/RS heirs?

I would argue that it is not out of the question. . . .They may very well want to hang this case on an American.

Just replying here but a few others have commented.

If they had their cases joined, then how could one be guilty and one acquitted? (I'm asking, I don't know the legal formalities).

Isn't that issue one that Raf's team has raised on on appeal, that they should have been allowed to separate their cases?

Could it be imagined that Raf will be acquitted, and Amanda going to a retrial?

From the evidence and international awareness of the lack of evidence, I can't imagine both being convicted, or Amanda convicted with Raf acquitted or re-trialed.

I think they are either both convicted, or both given re-trial or acquitted. Perhaps a re-trial requiring them to be allowed to separate their cases?

So another re-trial, and another cassation ruling, is that another 3 or 4 additional years, bringing the tally to 11 years, and counting? How many millions of dollars/euros spent on attorney fees, lives delayed or derailed?

All for Mignini's fantastical pursuit of satanic orgies, instigated by the pyshic medium Garbiella Carlizzi, and her ghostly co-hort Father Gabriel - the vatican priest and exorcist giving her illuminations from beyond the grave.

Tell me again how Italy is a member of the EU?

Is there such a thing as a "kid's table" at the EU? Italy should strap on a bib, and not be allowed to sit with the grown-ups until Giuliano Mignini is safely behind bars.

While the trials against them were run concurrently, they are in fact separate charges against each.

CJ, There has almost been nothing that has happened regarding this trial that I have expected. And I agree with everything you are saying.
