I have an open mind. You still haven't given me a plausible alibi for your darlings on the murder night, and why their footprints in blood should have been all over the shop.

How do you prove whose prints they were when there are no reference samples for anyone else - boyfriend, two female roommates, to identify just three. And how likely would it be that aaaallll these samples lay in a detection range beyond that of TMB but within that of luminol. Nor do you have any confirmatory testing results actually proving blood exists, which means there is no evidence the luminol was reacting with blood.

So, on the one hand, you ask for proof of innocence, yet on the other you settle for much much less than proof in order to decide upon guilt.

How very very Mensa of you.

'All over the shop' clearly does not include inside Kercher's room.

There was, there was her hair and the ladies size 37 ASCIS. The big excuse is, "I lived there, hence my DNA.

We haven't even finished dealing with your lies regarding text messages and you re- state two further lies.

You cannot produce a citation from the records showing that this evidence exists because it does not exist. What is wrong with you?

Dictionary definition of disgust:-

"1. a feeling of revulsion or strong disapproval aroused by something unpleasant or offensive. "the sight filled her with disgust"
synonyms: revulsion, repugnance, aversion, distaste, abhorrence, loathing, detestation, odium, execration, horror;..."

Last word in the definition is "horror"....

Ok that's sorted that one out, but in fairness as a non-English speaking person you are forgiven.

Next:-

So AK made a few correct interpretations and a few misinterpretations of the frenetic situation after the discovery of the murdered MK....including stating the body was INSIDE a cupboard and that a "foot" was discovered. ....and you want to read anything into this other than frenetic babble.

I rest my case.

Whilst there is some overlap, "disgust" and "horror" is not a real synonym. Disgust is associated with nausea, "horror" as a mix of awe, dread and fear. This evidenced in that disgust as a facial expression is different from horror. Disgust is a frown, pulled lips and wrinkled up nose, as though sbout to retch. Horror is wide-eyed and wide-mouthed, with hands over ears.

(No dictionary needed.)

You might not be able to contemplate such behaviour, but obviously Amanda, Rudy and Raff thought it a spiffing way to spend a boring evening, sociopaths being easily bored and constantly restless. As Raff said on public domain facebook, he wanted "extreme experiences". This included taking acid and cocaine.

Police identified the cep lodged in Mez' gullet as coming from Raff's punnet in his apartment.
You haven't really explained Kokomani's motive for lying.

Did they? Where is this evidence? My local police officer, whom I wave to from time to time, of course, spends only part of his day walking round my neighbourhood, keeping an eye on things. The rest of the time, perhaps he's in the laboratory identifying the origin of crime scene samples. And, really, the science has now advanced to the point where you can connect a mushroom to a specific punnet? Amazing!

I'll settle for proof it was actually a mushroom, at this point, however.

I'm glad you mentioned the cupboard. The cupboard is like the *********** lamp. No one can figure out its significance. They took the doors off. They studied it. They scratched their chins and stared at it, like the black plinth in 2001 A Space Oddysey. I never could figure out what was so interesting about that cupboard until someone suggested they thought it must have some significance because of what she said.

Can any of the brilliant PGPs suggest why Amanda said that. Brilliant misdirection! They spent hours looking for the body in that cupboard when it was right there on the floor! Genius!

Mez was murdered by the wardrobe and a sheet used to move her body away.

Not unnaturally, police were most interested in how Amanda knew Mez was killed by the wardrobe. She was nowhere near the door when Luca broke it down.

No-one mentioned the wardrobe on the way to the questura.

Let's face it, Amanda on a chemical and/ or adrenaline high could not resist bragging her special knowledge.

I think you'll find she said nothing of the sort. What she did think was that the body was IN the wardrobe - a demonstration of her lack of knowledge of the crime scene, since she had misunderstood the relevance of the armoir

This deserves repeating...

Of course I'm referencing only a - very loud - sample of one, but presumably the quality of Mensa membership has taken a precipitous drop, straight down to the earth's inner core. Hard times for many these days, I suppose.

More pressingly, at what point does an endless litany of unsubstantiated and vicious allegation get perceived as trolling, and therefore against board rules?

He was obviously warned off. He appeared heavily disguised and incoherent. He was certainly in that vicinity when he said he was.

So unlike the very reliable Curatolo, who is more reliable than a Nobel prize winner according to Dr Mignini, who is never wrong about such things.

What hair? Is there a DNA match? Nope. As for the so called size 37 print, that is a partial of Rudy's. These are the same people who said Rudy's shoe prints matched Rsffaele.

Why is it that you jump at straws Vixen?

But then again, they weren't on the property. It is nevertheless a massive stretch to suggest that because of a couple of partygoers doing something stupid that this demonstrates some "evil" side to Amanda.

It is just silly to even think this should be considered.

You have changed the context. The original proposition was: "Raff and Amanda were two wonderful kids, whilst Rudy was Burglar of Perugia with form as long as your arm".

I can't. I can't face it anymore! The truth is so blindingly obvious when you explain it. She had such special knowledge that 'Mez' (yuk) was killed by the wardrobe and moved away from it thst she said her body was found inside it. Brilliant!

That's your argument against the fact that Koko's testimony was definitely NOT CREDIBLE?

Kokomani was a serious criminal involved in serious organised crime. Coming from Albania, it's likely he was connected to ndràngheta, now Italy's most notorious mafia gang. They won 't have taken kindly to his co-operating with the police, as that breaks virtually #1 of their code of conduct.

By the way, this may be a revelation to you Vixen, but did you know you don't have to have an alibi to have a proper defence against a criminal charge? For example, as I've mentioned quite a few times, there was a murder that took place about a mile from where I lived at around 3am a year or two ago, and I was asleep alone at the time. I had no alibi. But here's the thing: I had nothing whatsoever to do with the murder, and the authorities would have had to find compelling evidence of my involvement in the murder to charge me, let alone convict me.

I am sure if you were found hanging around the scene of the crime when the cops pulled up, you would have been viewed with suspicion.

The slow-flooding continues, with embellishments.

To add to the list of things Vixen needs to show before embellishing them - when did Amanda, Rudy, and Raffaele ever consume drugs together? Or put another way, when did Amanda, Raffaele, and Rudy ever consume drugs together?

Get back to us on that, but first have a go at the other things you've claimed, but left the proof unaddressed.

Kokomani came all the way from Albania to Italy to voluntarily make a witness statement he saw the trio completely off their heads crouching behind bins and brandishing a knife.

It's fair to speculate they were laying in wait for Mez when she arrived home, Raff and Amanda simultaneously having switched off their phones. (Jodi Arias also turned off her phone when she stalked Travis [sp_?].)

Oddly enough my Oxford thesaurus does have " horror" under the head word "disgust" , and "disgust" is under the head word "horror", but I can't find "bs" under the word "tact".

I also can't find the text messages between A and M. I am somewhat surprised they can't be found in the pro guilt wiki.

Maybe...but then you'd look for evidence and when you found it incriminated someone else, you wouldn't be suspicious anymore.

Vixen,

With respect beyond that which is due, no positive reaction to either Luminol or TMB was produced by sample from the knife. Steffy did use TMB on the footprints and no reaction occurred.

If you produced a case in which the murder knife tested positive for the victims DNA and negatively for blood, I haven't seen it. It should be easy for you to find it and post it.

I have a new question for you. Exactly when was Meredith killed? This is a needed fact for an alibi.
