I also pointed out that the location of Amanda Knox during the murder is legally irrelevant. She doesn't need to be in the room in order to be guilty by the law.
However I do think she was in the room at a certain point an took part to the stabbing.

Well now, if you wish to argue that Ms Knox was in the apartment but not in Ms Kercher's room, we can debate that with you and I perfectly see that according to Italian law, such a scenario would not necessarily be inconsistent with a murder charge - not that I could agree, from the evidence, with that scenario.

But what I am pointing out to you is that you can no longer argue, other than disingenuously, that Ms Knox stabbed Ms Kercher to death because you argue that in the bathroom, the proposition that Guede cleaned himself up represents an "inconsistency between the proposed scenario and the physical evidence".

And more so: Cleaning oneself in a bathroom is a far gentler activity than stabbing someone to death in a bedroom and with the not inconsiderable benefit of water to dilute and to flush. So, if no evidence of the former is inconsistent with its occurrence in the bathroom, then no evidence of the latter is more inconsistent with its occurrence in the bedroom.

If you're honestly interested in discussing the Mignini conspiracy, may I suggest you start there?
