I apologize for bumping this thread. I was searching for this to see if there were any updates. Unfortunately, it lead me to a story that fellow JREF forum member macgyver1968 posted at David Icke.com

Ultima1 - who's real name Roger Misner passed away in February 2011.

Well, did the document ever get released? It would be a fitting memorial for the guy if it did.

Yeah, I got a copy of it and sent it to the guy who runs 9/11 myths, who posted it.

It met with a resounding "meh" as I recall.

Well, obviously I never took the assertion seriously nor kept up with it's release. I figured if it did live up to the hype, I'd hear about it on CNN, MSNBC or FOX. Too bad he expended that much energy for such thud.
